Piso de la habitación sucio. Caminar descalzo terminas con los pies negros. Y toallas de baño viejas

El lugar donde está el hotel es muy tranquilo y con un bellisimo paisaje al mar. La desidia y lentitud del personal echan por tierra lo bello del lugar y la buena infraestructura de sus instalaciones. El desayuno es abundante pero todos los días las mismas cosas, podrían variar el menu.

Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. We had problems charging bills to the room and again the staff were rude and not very helpful. On check out I was told that I couldn't use a foreign debit card to pay the bill to pay in US dollars to not pay tax (as a foreign tourist). This is only possible using a credit card something that they should make clear at the time of booking.

Schönes Hotel in einer tollen Lage, leider schadet die Industrie, Mensch und der Natur extrem. Das ist aber ein politisches Thema und fließt nicht in die Hotelbewertung. Danke Quintero und Umgebung für die schöne Zeit.

We stayed in a superior twin room for two nights and had to complain about the lack of hot water in the tub a couple of times. The staff responded immediately to fix the problem, which was nice, but it was difficult to understand why the hotel had a continuous problem providing hot water in the shower. The floor of the room was too dirty to walk on barefoot - my daughter likes to run around without shoes, nor socks and after a few steps we found that her feet were BLACK. This hotel has incredible views of the sea, which we enjoyed very much. The staff were super kind and nice, greeting us with smiles all the time. The breakfast was simple but delicious, but the quality of food at the restaurant was average, not meeting my expectations. (You can find better quality food with the same menu in Santiago. The pisco sour was delicious though.) The neighborhood is not touristy, which we liked because we dislike crowded places. However, for that reason, it was difficult to find any good restaurants near the hotel. To sum up, overall it was a nice place for a short family trip in a secluded and quiet place.

The saying if it’s not broken don’t fix would be this hotel. Management does not allow preventive maintenance and eventually sink drain blockage happens, door does not shut to keep cold out, rutting shower door falling off hinge, rain creeps under the entry door, no air condition, no heating system, instead you get an electric heater. Kitchen operates like a school with three hours shifts. This hotel is not ready for international hospitality level.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Una estadía placentera, con gusto vuelvo

Es un cómodo y agradable hotel al lado del mar, con una vista espectacular. El personal del hotel es muy atento. Una agradable experiencia.

Muy buen trato en recepción. La habitación excelente. El baño si bien es grande no es cómodo por tener una ducha mal ubicada y con poco espacio interior. El yacuzzi no estaba utilizable a pesar de estar mencionado en las características de la habitación. La carta del Restaurant con pocas alternativas.

Todo muy bueno. Linda vista. Muy limpio. Servicio de calidad. Rico desayuno. Muy cordiales todos

desde la recepción el trato, la ubicación, el servicio en general todo muy recomendado.

A vista do hotel é muito bonita, se quiser não fique no térreo pois os hóspedes usam bastante a área da piscina e acabam por sentar em frente a seu quarto, mas se quiser acesso livre a essa área é uma boa opção. O quarto embora grande, o colchão estava mole com caída para a esquerda, os móveis muito antigos, os armários estavam com a porta emperrada (não abriu), e o chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar. Dormimos um dia sem tomar banho pq não tinha água e depois de muito reclamar nos enviaram um galão para que pudéssemos fazer o mínimo de higiene. Tirando o rapaz que ficou a noite sozinho ouvindo as reclamações e garregando galões de água os demais funcionários não demostraram empatia. Check in muito demorado, pq você tem que fazer através da internet e o sinal na cidade é ruim e se não tiver internet no celular não lhe dão outra opção. Wifi do hotel só funcionava se ficasse na porta do quarto. Quanto a cidade, achei suja, com poucas opções de entretenimento.

Fue una agradable experiencia en un lugar con bellos paisajes. La atención del personal es muy bueno, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Buena la ubicación del hotel. Aparte de las comodidades del hotel quisiera destacar la clase de yoga que ofrecen a los huéspedes, con una excelente profesora con conocimiento profundo de la practica de Hatta Yoga-
