This hotel has exceptional high level services. Best location, everything is nearby and walkable.they have best view to all the interest place. They have a silver sky restaurant at 49 floors, rotated restaurant to see all the view!

The hotel itself is clean and spacious. However, the room got so hot as the AC doesn’t go lower than 22C, so sleeping was difficult even with the fan they provided to help. Over all great location. The bar is no good but the top floor buffet restaurant was decent.

El personal es muy amable, hablan un poco de ingles, esta muy bien ubicado, el autobus del aeropuerto esta a una calle asi que es muy facil llegar,te dan tips y guia para quete puedas mover y revomiendan lugares, ademas su restaurant giratorio esta padrisimo, y las habitaciones son amplias y comodas.

one of the beat locations in jinan. great facilities both in the whole hotel and rooms. great staff. but, smoking smell ans moldy smell in the room i stayed. i am sensitive to bad smells. so i give 4 stars

너무너무 편안하게 겨울 호캉스를 즐길 수 있도록 해준 Sofitel Hotel. 내부도 깨끗하고 편안하게 책을 읽을 수 있는 공간이 준비되어 있어 좋았습니다. 다음에 지난에 가면 또 이용할거에요.

I stayed a total of 6 nights in this hotel. The lobby was impressive and big. My hotel room was like a mini apartment but the lighting and heating could be improved. I slept well during my stay there but it was cold whenever I had to use the bathroom at night as the insulation was not great (however it was also extremely cold in Jinan). I did not have breakfast in the hotel, preferring to trawl the local eateries but I did have one dinner at their Italian restaurant that was mediocre.

Overall, it was great. They offered free breakfast at their business floor. Only problem was we cannot adjust the room temperature which made it rather hot and slightly uncomfortable. Guess it was centralized.

【地點】:離趵突泉走路約10-15分鐘，且周圍吃的選擇相當多，樓下結合購物中心。附近還有另一個購物廣場腕上八點還有水舞秀(約20分鐘可以免費參觀) 【服務】前台服務親切且專業，此次更幸運被升等到行政房。早餐餐廳人員態度也很好ˋ，補菜速度也非常迅速 【設備】隔音相當好，雖緊鄰馬路，但有二層隔音玻璃，完全聽不到馬路的聲音。房內設備齊全，且都很新 【早餐】位在頂樓的旋轉餐廳，選擇多、口味佳，還可以一覽濟南的風景，讓人心曠神怡 【美中不足】若真的要說不好的地方，就是低樓層要去餐廳，須先搭到22樓轉乘可達高樓層的電梯，其餘都不錯

49층 회전 레스토랑에서 전망을 즐기며 조식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 12세 미만 어린이 조식이 무료입니다. 웰컴 드링크와 웰컴 과일이 제공됩니다. 표돌천, 천성광장 등이 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 지하에 슈퍼마켓이 있는 대형 쇼핑몰이 호텔과 연결되어 있고 길 건너에도 대형 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 프론트에 영어대화가 가능합니다. 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 생수가 넉넉하게 제공되었습니다. 수영장이 너무 깊어서 어린이가 이용하기에 어려움이 있습니다. 금연층 금연룸이었는데도 담배 냄새가 났습니다. 냉장고가 있었지만 이용할 수 없었습니다.
