The staff are very helpful and everyone very friendly. Especially Cindy on reception desk and the porter at the front. Always happy to assist and made stay very pleasurable indeed. Buffet breakfast is wide choice for all tastes and consistently well prepared and delicious. Will be staying again.

my stay was comfortable. hotel staff are very good especially the check in girl called Sindy. She was very helpful. My main recommendation is that overall condition of the hotel is getting old and renovation is necessary.

Desperately needs a refurb. Used to stay here regularly and was looking forward to going back. Very surprised Mariott Bonvoy allowed this hotel to get so run down. Some staff are trying to still give great service but generally they are not interested.

동관지역에서는 꽤 괜찮은 호텔이건만, 오래된 건물, 낡은 공조시설로인해 썩 만족하진 못했습니다. 호텔에 들어가는순간 오래된 대 목욕탕 들어간듯한 냄새가 나는데, 방에서도 납니다. 그것 말곤 만족.
