The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast blows away anything you would get in an American hotel. The price was very reasonable, considering the location and amenities. The only negative was Uber drivers figuring out how to get around the freeway construction. Some drivers figured it out but others would cancel. So I suggest walking to the other side of the freeway to get an Uber. This hotel is located in a very safe area and walking to Parque de la 93 where is a lot of restaurants was easy. I highly recommend!

Buena ubicación, una zona segura y tranquila. El hotel muy bonito, limpio, buen desayuno y personal muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte. Lo único q en la calle frente al hotel están en construcción y los uber se les hace un poco complicado llegar frente al hotel. Tienes q caminar hacia la calle de atrás o cazar a la del frente para poder accederlos. Pero en fin volvería a quedarme ahí cuando regrese a Bogotá.

Rescato las personas del hotel si no hubiese sido por su servicio solocito reembolso, son increíbles y la comida muy buena, pero la instalación

The room was inadequately furnished, and the beds were notably short. Additionally, I later discovered that the rooms in this particular area were reserved exclusively for pet owners. Following my complaint, staff members came to my door and offered to relocate me to an alternate room. Unfortunately, I was already quite fatigued, and it was late.
