The building consists of four floors centred around a central open air atrium with lots of cascading plants. There is a swimming pool too.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My friends and I stayed here during our first visit to Cartagena, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The vibrant and beautiful decor immediately caught our attention, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. A special shoutout to Tommy at the front desk for going above and beyond to take care of us. I’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to stay here again!

Hotel bem bonitinho com arquitetura antiga com estrutura de grossas madeiras da época da colonização espanhola. Localização ótima perto de tudo e no centro do burburinho da cidade. Café da manhã não é self service, você é que faz o pedido e, dependendo da hora, demora um pouco. O café da manhã é bom mas precisa melhorar, pois só lhe dão duas fatias de pão.
Por ser um prédio antigo não tem elevador, então se você for para o 3 andar se prepare para subir escadas com malas. A vista da sacada é maravilhosa, principalmente no final da tarde pra contemplar a paisagem da rua.
O quarto é espaçoso com cama grande e confortável, porém os lençóis e fronhas foram brancos um dia. Lençóis e fronhas encardidos.
Tem chuveiro com água quente pra quem gosta numa cidade que faz muito calor. Ar condicionado. A internet deixa a desejar, mas quebra um galho.
Ponto negativo: quando fiz a reserva pelo Site o preço era de R$ 350 a diária pra pagar no hotel, quando passei o cartão no hotel a diária mais os 5% da taxa de serviço saíram por R$ 582,16. Me senti lesado, pois comprei um serviço com antecedência em baixa temporada e no hotel paguei em alta temporada.
Se você escolher esse hotel fuja dessa cilada e pague no ato da compra, senão pagarás mais caro!!

Que cambien la puerta de la ducha, en mi caso estoy embarazada y me costaba cerrar la puerta la ducha es muy pequeña y te tienes que pegar a la pared y que la puerta me topará en mi barriga, hay muchas hormigas no podíamos tener comida en la habitación porque se inundaban de hormigas.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o atendimento é bom, Tony é muito amável, assim como os outros atendentes. Fiquei no 4. piso e só haviam escadas, então prepare suas pernas !! o quarto poderia estar mais limpo. O café da manhã é simples, mas as meninas são gentis ! Em geral, uma boa experiência !

La ubicación es perfecta, estás en pleno centro.
El desayuno es tipo buffet y estaba bien.
No hay ascensor.
Lo malo es que se les fue la luz y estuvimos un día casi entero sin luz de 14h a 23h. Al irnos al día siguiente lo comentamos y nos hicieron un descuento de esa última noche.

Excelente: localização. Necessário: instalar ducha higiênica no banheiro. Cidade extremamente quente e o ar condicionado do quarto 202 não deu conta. Melhorar: café da manhã. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre historique. Tout est à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. Les employés sont très gentils et à l’écoute.
