CUARTOS MUY REDUCIDOS, BAÑO INCOMODO, SE VA EL AGUA SIEMPRE, ESCALERAS PRELIGROSAS, NO HAY SILLAS NI DONDE PONER LAS MALETAS, EL LOBBY NO TIENE UNA SILLA PARA DESCANZAR, LO UNICO RESCATABLE ES LA ASISTENCIA DE CHILY PARA TU ESTANCIA CON CONSEJOS Y LO QUE TE PUEDA SOLUCIONAR A VECES, CON UN TRATO MUY AMABLE ELLA SIEMPRE. HAY POCIONES MEJORES. NO VUELVO AHI.

Beautiful location - views from the balcony were amazing. Comfortable room, suited me perfectly for a short break to San Andre’s. Chyli was so helpful and a fantastic host!

Ficamos somente uma noite! A localização é privilegiada! A Chili, que deve ser a proprietária/gerente nos foi muito simpática apesar de chegarmos às 2 da manhã por conta do voo! As instalações são muito simples. Uma boa aventura!

O hotel é maravilhoso..o atendimento da Chile é show um encanto de pessoa,sempre disposta a nos atender, tirar dúvidas.. uma simpatia voltarei sim pois foi uma estadia ótima.. Em frete a praia e próximo ao centro vista da sacada maravilhosa 💙💚 toda a praia ..

Buenas noches, la atención que nos brindaron buena muy contentos, hermoso el hotel una vista al mar hermosa unos amaneceres y atardeceres muy hermosos, el hotel muy bien ubicado muy central todo lo que quiera está muy cerca baños muy limpios todo el hotel muy espectacular siempre que viaje me voy a hospedar en este hotel muchas gracias kistal plaza por darnos esta experiencia tan hermosa

Nice place to stay, the Kristal Plaza is safe and has wonderful decoration, also has a beautiful view of the ocean where you can watch Johnny Cay.

Es un departamento compartido que en ningún momento especifican en la página, es muy incómodo estar con más gente

Al llegar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que el departamento se comparte con otros huéspedes. Los espacios comunes (sala de estar, comedor) erán cómodos y limpios. La cocina y comedor no se podian usar supuestamente por medidas del covid, sin embargo si se podia usar por algunas personas. La habitación tenia espectacular vista, buen espacio, baño amplio, televisor con solo 3 canales nacionales, sin internet (solo habia internet en sala de estar) y para eso habia que bajar al primer piso. No habia agua caliente, el aire acondicionado en mal estado, la cama era dura, el cerrojo de la puerta estaba en mal estado por lo que daba poca seguridad. Buen aseo en general, aunque las toallas olian mal al igual que las almohadas. Lo Mejor, la atención de la anfitriona Chili, un encanto de persona, muy servicial y amable. La ubicación es fantástica, solo hay ruidos durante el dia pero a las 10 de la noche llega la policia y evacuan a todas las personas que deambulan por el paseo peatonal.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, a un paso de la playa. Gladys la encargada un amor de gente.

I liked the fact that I had a great view to the beach and a lot of restaurants and shopping. I didn't like that fact that there were making repairs to the building while we were staying there.

Horrible a éviter. 2 heures d attente pour une réception inexistante. Nous avons dû batailler pour avoir quelqu un. Nous avons pu monter dans un appartement qui serait un appart hôtel. Or nous avons réserver 2 appart hôtel et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un appart hôtel avec plusieurs chambres à partager avec des inconnus. Nous avons eu la mauvaise Surprise de rencontrer des inconnus dans le salon la terrasse et la cuisine. A aucun moment dans l annonce nous avons lu que l appartement était partagé ! Des chambres dans un appart un genre de coloc ... La cuisine était dans un état abominablement sale quand nous sommes arrivées Les draps et serviettes n’ont pas été changés. Car soit disant les chambres n’était pas prête. Pas de douche disponible car pas d eau. Ce matin pas d eau non plus. Des bruits de vitres cassés avec le vent vous empêchent de dormir dans votre chambre. Ménage pas fait. Odeur d humidité Draps et serviettes pas changés. Bref déconseillé totalement La personne qui nous a reçu n’a. Pas été aimable du tout. Refus radical de faire chauffer son plat dans la cuisine après le couvre feu. Frigo très sale. Vitre casse . Pour le prix c’est du vol pour un appartement aussi lamentable . Nous avons payé la même chose pour un hyatt Regency qui est un hôtel 5*.

Great service, amazing views and right on the beach!

This place is not even a hotel. It is a very large apartment with many rooms trying to pass as a hotel. There is no reception. You have to take the elevator to second to last floor and knock on a door. Hopefully, they will open which took a long time for my wife and me. We booked a room with a view of the ocean but was not given such room. If you are handicapped in no case book this place. In order to get to our room we needed to go up a staircase that moved once you were on it. I called it the staircase of death because sooner or later that staircase will break and seriously injure someone. It is a shame that this place can even call itself a hotel. Extremely disappointed. I have had bad experiences in my life but this place now has the honor of know it is by far my worst experience. The rooms were clean and somewhat appropriate but that is like renting a car and the sales guy telling you, "it has seats."

El lugar tiene una linda vista y las personas que te reciben son muy amables, sin embargo este no tiene un buen servicio de Wifi, no entrega recibo o factura por lo pagado y no hay una buena respuesta por parte de la dueña para solucionar las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Good—friendly service, WiFi, view of ocean Bad—location was way different than shown on hotels.com, no hot water in shower and needed to ask for potable water to brush teeth

Sulla spiaggia principale di San andres, la migliore vista mare di tutta l’isola! Pulizia impeccabile. Le lenzuola da favola (sono andata a comprare le stesse per casa) Sempre profumo di pulito, Salotto arredato con gusto, bellissima terrazza e desajuno come a casa. Una vacanza con qualcosa in più!
