We had a great room overlooking the promenade. Spacious, clean, comfortable with kettle and fridge. Location perfect, lots of restaurants, bakeries, gelaterias minutes away. Decent Spar supermarket round the corner. Bus (to airport) and ferries about 15 mins away and even a ok-ish swimming beach a bit further along. Hotel staff helpful and cleaning service excellent. Being on the promenade it was a little noisy at night, but not too bad. Would go back.

Great 2 night stay. Not cool, ultra modern or flash but clean, comfortable and friendly. It is in a perfect location with amazing sea views and surrounded by everything Split old town has to offer and we heard no noise at night and slept peacefully. Would definitely use again.

Muito bem localizado, mas o quarto é pequeno e o banheiro é muito pequeno. A janela bloqueia bem o ruído da rua, mas se ouve todos os passos do quarto de cima. Café da manhã é bom.

Very basic accommodation and too expensive for such a basic quality
The extra charges for sea view is not worth it as it is only small window you can look at
The bed specially the mattress uncomfortable and you feel the coils in your back
The air conditioning is not working and the room extremely warm I. September

A bit difficult to find the reception, but location was right in the middle of the Riva. Older building, but clean, quiet and had all the amenities for the stay including a small refrigerator & coffee bar in the room.

A beautiful old style hotel in the centre of the old city. I recommend you contact the hotel and use their taxi service from and to the airport as it’s cheaper than the local taxis and makes it easier to locate the hotel in the maze of streets in the old city grounds

Excellent stay. Highly recommended, location in old town was perfect. Host met us at the taxi stop and helped us into the hotel and upstairs. Stairs are not an issue AC worked fine in the middle of a high heat period. Recommend using the transfer from the airport to hotel.

We arrived earlier than expected and the staff was polite and efficient in preparing our room and providing a cool place for our elderly mother to wait with a cool glass of water. We felt secure (compared to our other check-in experience on Brac where a rude and intrusive clerk took photos of our passports with his personal mobile phone) and confident during the check-in process.

This was a great 1st night spot in Croatia. Right in the Diocletian palace-old-town. NO parking. Both 2nd-floor bedrooms have windows that open right onto beautiful (busy) square. VERY atmospheric. This was a Sunday night. I imagine this is NOT a quiet place on the weekends or in the middle of summer (busy time). We were there in mid- May.

This place was wonderful! The staff were delightfully friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The TV included an HDMI cord so we could watch a movie off my laptop on a bigger screen.
The only problem was when my friend used the shower for the first time, the water came out boiling hot and then stayed cold for over an hour, probably because it expended all its hot water in that burst of boiling water. But it was fine after that initial night.
Since checkout was at 11 but our bus didn't leave until 2, they let us store our luggage in the office, which was IMMENSELY helpful. If and when I return to Croatia, I intend to stay here again!
