NYX Hotel Limassol

Awful in terms of cleanliness, both the rooms hand dark black hairs in the shower cubical and in the bed - the roof top pool was completely unapproachable due to extreme winds blowing everything around so aggressively the alarms were ringing - cigarettes in the pool ashtrays and everything not tied down. Quite frankly I would like a refund. Staff made no attempt to even try and explain or resolve our issue. It was left unaddressed.

Really good hotel

Good location but very noisy from outside. Constant trance music on the public spaces I find beyond annoying. Rooms okay but an engineering degree required to work the lights.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Breakfast was amazing and room very comfortable. Felt staff were a little cold. No real welcome when checking in, almost too business like. Also, when leaving ordered a taxi at taxi desk. I was not told the price and when I got into the taxi it turned out I would have been cheaper ordering a Bolt. Felt a little ripped off, slightly negative way to end my stay.

Excellent breakfast and location

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's in a great central location with a nice sea view. The only complaint I have is that my rain showerhead did not work, but this is a minor thing. The staff is very friendly and it has a great breakfast.

I recently stayed at the NYX Hotel in Limassol and was really impressed with the modern, fresh vibe throughout the property. The hotel’s design is stylish and up-to-date, and the rooms are a real standout — extremely clean, well-maintained, and equipped with high-tech features. I particularly liked the touchscreen control panel that allowed you to manage everything from the curtains and blinds to the lights, air conditioning, and even room cleaning or privacy requests. It made the stay feel that little bit more special. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast experience. While the food itself was very good and offered an excellent variety, the organisation was chaotic. Once you’d checked in with the staff at the entrance, it became a bit of a free-for-all trying to find a table. Having someone to seat guests would really help — especially to avoid situations where two people end up taking tables meant for four. Overall, though, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I’d be happy to return — particularly if the breakfast experience gets a little refinement.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Mais les chambres pour personne seule très petites avec un simple lit. Il y a un bureau mais il est dans la pénombre. Le plus grave dans cet hôtel et pourquoi je n'y retournerai pas c'est qu'il n'y a pas de prise internationale et donc pas moyen de recharger son smartphone ou son PC. Même à la réception on ne sait pas vous aider à ce propos.

This hotel had some pros and cons for us. If you do not have a rental car, you will be stuck taking canned group tours or trying to use very limited public transportation to see anything beyond the City. Be aware, a taxi may be able to take you somewhere, but you cannot get one back. Also, the hotel serves a lot of customers. Breakfast was utter chaos with deafening techno music. The breakfast servers do work extremely hard to handle the masses. If you enjoy cruises and Disney in August, you will love it Otherwise, skip it altogether. The older blonde hostess at breakfast was perhaps the rudest service person I have ever encountered. My husband and I travel globally, and I author a travel blog. So, do not take that statement lightly. I have met scores of people around the World. The silver lining was the management and rooftop restaurant and bar staff. They were lovely. The location was fairly convenient for walking to local sites. Overall, I would rate this hotel a seven out of 10.

Great hotel with a great location, everything within walking distance = old town, old port and new Marina. Great for a short break, easy check-in. The hotel has a fantastic roof-top bar and restaurant, clean good sized rooms, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and a relaxing spa area (this is at an additional cost) but a great post marathon massage with Georgia at Phe spa. The only negative I have to say about the hotel is that it is on a busy road and the sea front rooms are quite noisy at night despite double glazed windows. Otherwise, a great choice

The noise outside from motorbikes and cars went on until past 3am every night, which made it impossible to sleep, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve encountered in a hotel. We came as a group of 11 and we all had the same issues

The hotel location in great and the hotel itself is very good. The breakfast is amazing. As we are people who like to do sports we found the Gym very poor in terms of space and equipment. You should defiantly improve it!
