Pobyt bardzo udany - hotel położony na uboczu Karpacza, więc cisza i spokój gwarantowane (zarazem główny deptak w odległości niedługiego spaceru). Teren wokół bardzo zadbany - widać, że obsługa dba o otoczenie. Duży parking, wykluczający problemy z parkowaniem (co wcale nie jest standardem w tego typu kurortach). Świetne, urozmaicone śniadania (z czuwającą obsługą, aby czasem niczego nie zabrakło). Basen i jacuzzi na miejscu dla gości (super sprawa po wędrówkach górskich), hamaki, bilard. Jeśli coś in minus - łazienka dość mała i mało przestronna (ale to w żaden sposób nie zmienia ogólnej BARDZO WYSOKIEJ oceny).

Betten sehr minderwertiges Material!
Whirlpool war defekt - Preiserstattung gab es aber nicht!
Abendessen zu völlig kuriosen Zeiten (16 bis 18 Uhr)!
Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen. Da gibt es in Karpacz sicher Hotels mit einem besseren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Pokój na 3 osoby bardzo komfortowy. 2 duże pomieszczenia połączone przedpokojem. Gdyby osoba sprzątająca dołożyła trochę starań to mogłoby być idealnie. Ale niestety za czystość w pokoju daję duży minus. W łazienkach było tylko mydło. Brak szamponu do włosów to niespotykana sytuacja w hotelach 3 gwiazdkowych. Pomimo kilku niedogodności polecam ten hotel.
Śniadanie bardzo dobre i ładnie podane. Na stołówce czyściutko.
