Hotels üzerinden iletişime geçebildik, herhangi bir WhatsApp numaraları yok. - Mutfaktaki ekipmanlar yetersiz ve eskiydi, özellikle tava çok kötü durumdaydı. Kendimiz yeni tava ve spatula almak zorunda kaldık. - Raflardan aldığımız çatal bıçak gibi bazı eşyalar kirliydi. Ayrıca tuvalet kötü kokuyordu. Olumlu yanları: - Ulaşımı oldukça kolay, hem havalimanına hem de merkeze çok yakın. - Yataklar ve yorganlar 3 kişi için fazlasıyla yeterli. Oda oldukça sıcaktı, hatta dışarısı soğuk olmasına rağmen bazen cam açmak zorunda kaldık. - Muhit oldukça sessiz ve güzel, yakında 2 büyük market var. - Fiyatı Kopenhag için fena değil. Genel olarak karışık bir deneyimdi, mutfak eşyalarını yenileyip temizliğe özen gösterseler tam puan verirdim.

Rigtig dejligt hotel lejlighed! Der manglede intet! Eneste minus, var den ekstreme lyd der kom fra gangen, hver gang nogle andre gæster smækkede deres hoveddør. Det føltes som om at hele lejligheden rystede.. Men ellers rigtig rigtig fint sted

Bel appartement bien équipé. Proche du métro pour visiter le centre de Copenhague. Seul bémol : les places de parking, partagées avec l'hôtel SleepCph voisin, sont peu nombreuses. Il n'y en avait plus quand nous sommes arrivé (mais c'était une réservation à la dernière minute, ceci explique peut-être cela)

Apartment was really clean, in a great location perfect for a family- it was quiet , safe & near a metro station & a bike shop near by and we hired bikes & cycled easily around Copenhagen.

This was a great place for our family of six to stay for our first visit to Copenhagen. The location was quiet, close to public transportation, and a store so we could buy groceries to save on eating three meals out each day. Contactless checkin was easy and any questions were answered promptly via text. We also had use of luggage storage after checkout to continue exploring until our departing flight in the evening. Would recommend for families.

The location was quite good. About 400m from meteo station and a playground. Quite a few cafes, grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. I'm aware they don't avertise a/c in apartment but unless you leave windows open all day and it doesn't rain, it can get quite stuffy and warm for some. A small tower fan is provided but doesn't help cool much. I've had issues with 1 neighbor on same floor who would stink up our floor with either vaping or Marijuana smells and complained the 1st night. I'm not sure what security did but didn't seem to solve the issue as 3 nights in a row until they checked out, i would smell either of the 2 things. Which isn't ideal for people with sensitivity to smells or being with younger children. While the kitchen had a lot of amenities included, stove top and oven, it lacks a microwave, a toaster and kettle to boil water. Also, our apartment had an odd configuration with a big post right up against the kitchen counter area which is a bad spot and gives less counter space to chop and make a meal. Also, on every floor and even the apartment going to the bathroom, there is a small step which is a tripping hazard. The hallway ones are dangerous and not visible with different color to see it easily. Beds were not that comfortable and pillows were way too soft. We each had 2 pillows and would sink right through. Neighborhood was quite quiet and we felt safe. Any issues, customet was available 24/7 via chat. They were amazing help.

The location is great, near metro station and supermarket. Only there's no elevator.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a visit inabd around Copenhagen.. Excellent stay and customer service was top class with instant response through mail and calls..it was as good as real time chat..very prompt to any kind of queries right from booking until the checkout like luggage locker facility, taxi contacts etc .. grocery shops are within 5 min walk and Metro/ Bus connectivity is too good within 7 min walk. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who requires apartment with kitchen.. Only point to note is no lift facility if you are carrying heavy baggage or stroller but that's not a big deal .. My 5 Star to excellent customer service..well done Liberty, Razel Amiel..Solid example of how customer service should be..well done team

Not so close to tourist attractions but near public transportation (~6min walking), market and restaurants nearby. Comfort could be better, specially the extra bed, but the room is good and bathroom too. Would recommend!

Brick hotel is a great stay. We felt it very convenient, the walk to the metro is about 5 minutes away. They accommodated us with everything I needed for our family with 3 little kids. There is a really nice big grocery store similar to target a couple blocks down. The apartment has a modern tv and good WiFi. The property manager was very kind and helpful.

One of the best stays . Location is easybto find . Communication is super strong . They revert you within minutes . Everything was good.

I’ve stayed before and chose to stay again since I really enjoyed the facilities and knew I could count on BRIK to have what I needed. They delivered again :) Everything was really clean and of great standard.

First time travelling in Copenhagen with this large apartment hotel giving us nice image of the city. Got what we need in the room with quick response through email. Shower has no door and easily flood. 10 minutes walk to underground and 20 minutes walk to supermarket. Would be better paying less for this location but was nice for the overall caring experience.

Gostamos muito do apart a decoração muito linda , localização fantastica e fácil de estacionar ele está bem equipado porém a máquina de secar roupa não funcionou direito os travesseiros são muito ruins e toalhas pequena e gastas e o futton desconfortável para dormir acho que acomoda bem apenas 2 pessoas
