I loved the room it was amazing.

Excellent staff! Drinks great, pool super clean and the staff kept the seaweed off the beach in front of resort. Overall great place.

The first person to check us in . Decline benefits stating there were none for being part of gold level. It wax kinda fixed later on but still had multiple issues during the stay

Staff was mostly friendly . Food was mediocre. I had issues every day . Benefits not provided . Card stopped working . No refill on minibar .

Beautiful facilty and ammenities

The resort staff were excellent. The hangers on that included the Amstar group for excursions and the World of Hyatt travel club that “ came with it” was disappointing in their approach…

Eat at Seaside Grill for every meal if possible. Other than that, the food was underwhelming.

Some of the employees were unforgettable...rooms, beach, pools all very nice. Restaurants were not the best and the hours were disappointing not all restaurants were open all the time. Pools close too early for a tropical place. Pools all close at 7p. The nightly shows in the main lobby were outstanding

Everyone was amazing

The resort was really nice and the staff was incredible. They always made you feel like family. Lowys was very kind and informative. Also, Carlos was amazing!! The restaurant food was 10/10 but room service was always a hit or miss. The one flaw that i hated was the constant vendors throughout the resort trying to sell services! We avoided the beach do to the constant hassle which made it unenjoyable for us.

The property and staff exceeded my expectations

this was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The resort is so insanely beautiful and the staff were so kind and attentive. There is nothing I would’ve changed about our trip. Emmanuel was a phenomenal concierge who made sure we were able to experience everything at the resort. Lionel the driver was another employee that was so unbelievably kind and gave us rides all over the property. Mr Wonderful brought the party and made sure we all had fun. We had only positive interactions and the food everywhere was so delicious. I highly highly recommend a trip here!!!!

Treated us poorly just because we were dominicans, we understand this resort has a mostly white community but we also paid the same amount to be there. We tried to be as nice as possible but it was too much disrespect. They even didn’t let us in on one of the restaurants because “there were no tables” but it was 9;30 and we were ready since 8:00 waiting for the table and then the girl just kept saying there was no tables even though we saw them empty. A lot of bad comments about us and bad looks… Very disappointing never coming back.

Siento que por lo que vale este hotel te no lo vale para nada! hay muchas mejores opciones por mucho menos precio o lo casi cerca de lo que pagué. Siento que tienen mucha preferencia con gente de color o personas que no sean de origen estadounidense neta en ciertas áreas del hotel. El buffet es malísimo mala comida y es un buffet que da vergüenza por el tamaño que tiene, no hay para nada de variedad es lo mismo a todas horas. Yo he ido a bastantes hoteles y este es 100% la peor experiencia en cuanto a comida y eso que he probado hoteles que son muchísimo más barato. La playa la verdad no es tan buena la discoteca que supuestamente tiene. Tienen un señor mayor sin discriminación de DJ que no sabe lo que pone y obviamente solo enfocándose en el público estadounidense y sin importarle enseñarle nuestra cultura que para eso es que vienen la mayoría de turistas. Lo único bueno que voy a resaltar es mi Amiga Picachu LA MEJOR!! Ella nos hacía el día y eso lo mejor que tiene el hotel. Y mi amigo del bar principal en la noche Gerson con excelentes atenciones. Después de ahí el hotel no vale la pena para nada ir yo no volvería lamentablemente.
