Hotel was nice, food was below average

Staffs need to be more friendly

Pro: Convenient. Con: needs a real designated area. The outside area for night entertainment is not enough.

Adult only, definitely a plus! Service was very good, staff helpful and friendly. There was a wide selection of food so you can eat to dietary needs. Abundance of drink options and knowledgeable bartenders. I would have liked more evening entertainment as far as shows go. I would recommend Riu Republica!! Grounds were taken care of regularly and were clean!!

No hot water, open items left in fridge from previous guest, not informed of credit to use at hotel until checking out, hotel not responding.

So overall our stay was good. The property needs some updates. Could use a deep cleaning too. Not that it was nasty, just not 5 star resort type cleanliness. The staff for the most part was friendly. Yuma at one of the swim up bars was absolutely amazing. Rooms were decent, sheets were clean, floors clean, always staff working around the property cleaning. The app wasnt the greatest in explaining where all the activities were so we missed alot wandering around looking for them. The beach is clean and plenty of chairs and shade. Tons of seaweed in the water but they had the sand cleaned up great. Buffet food left lots to be desired. Wasnt horrible but was not good either. The steakhouse was good. Overall not a bad experience but not as good as i was hoping, but, you get what you pay for. Would i go back to this resort again? Maybe, depends on my budget. If i have more to spend next time, ill try another resort.

Recomiendo transporte para poder llegar a distintas areas del hotel. Lo demás el servicio extraordinario. Los meseros,batender y demas excelente atencion. Los veo pronto

Unfortunately this property is very disgusting! The experience we had was horrible form the moment we walked in. The room had to be changed three times! Ac units don’t work but the best part of the stay was the war we had with the roaches! The food was nasty the cups were dirty and the breakfast buffet just a total mess! I truly wish I can get my money back considering we didn’t stay there and left every day to eat outside and I had sleepless nights!

Room had horrible mildew/mold smell from a leaking toilet. Add to that the fact that the AC wasn’t working made for a miserable experience anytime I had to be in my room for more than 30 minutes. Already having asthm, I had to sleep with the terrace door open just so that I wouldn’t be breathing in the horrible smell when sleeping which understandably made the room even hotter. I got sick and developed a bad cough after 2 days and requested a room change and was met with pushback and very dismissive staff who never completed my request and made excuses for why they couldn’t accommodate me with a new room or even fix the issue in the room I was already in. The resort itself was a lot of fun and I made the most of it, as I spent as less time as possible in my room outside of sleeping and showering. However the staff can be rude and very dismissive even when health concerns are brought to them

I love this place , the customer service is amazing, everybody here is very nice and respectful, the food is really good the best I try in the resort over here in punta cana . They have 9 different pools and a lot of parties and so many different show , I recommend this place to everybody not regret it. Loved
