Saya suka menginap di LePassage karena banyak alasan, harganya lebih murah daripada hotel bandara besar lainnya yang terhubung dengan Bandara Internasional Kairo, makanannya luar biasa di prasmanan, birnya dingin sekali, hanya berjarak beberapa menit naik bus antar-jemput gratis dari terminal di bandara, stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu membuat masa menginap Anda menyenangkan.
Fasilitasnya terawat dengan baik dan saya selalu menikmati istirahat semalam saya di LePassage sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan keesokan harinya.

Bathrooms need upgrades. The tube leases when you shower and the bathroom floor gets flooded. Sink drain is slow. Shower head is outdated.
House keeping staff are really nice and helpful 👍. Also, restaurant staff are very nice, Nada did serve us twice and she was very polite and pleasant to deal with.

The check-in process was an uncomfortable ordeal during which my bags were kept from me for whatever reason. I sat with the manager due to their internet being inoperable and his need to phone higher management to verify my payment. All the while my bags were kept near the security counter and I felt the need to visually check them consistently. The entire process made me uneasy.

This hotel is awesome, everything is nice from the rooms that is clean all the time and Zainab do a wonderful job cleaning the rooms and she is friendly also Mr Ahmad very friendly and always asks me if I want something extra, honestly the staff is number one also the open buffet is amazing lots of choices and the pool area and garden are wonderful I stayed there 21 days and they make you feel home ☺️
