Non customer service, food no good , not clean.

Le séjour avait mal commencé, aucun retour de l'hôtel que ce soit par téléphone (le numéro sur hotels.com n'est pas le bon) ou par e-mail. l'annonce indique un service de navette depuis l'aéroport, ce qui est faux, Voyageurs solo, demerdez-vous! Mais une fois arrivé à l'hôtel, ça c'est beaucoup mieux passé, c'est un hôtel club sympathique et assez animé, Assez loin de la ville d'Hurghada, mais il y a vraiment tout sur place et le service all inclusive est très bien. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables, Le buffet et les restaurants sont de bonnes qualités, mais ça n'a pas empêché d'avoir quelques problèmes de digestion, que je ne détaillerai pas. Au global, c'était bien, j'y retournerai peut-être, si dieu le veut.

Hébergement correct, les restaurants sont plutôt bons contrairement à au restaurant principal. Le choix des boissons en all in exclusive n'est pas terrible pour un 5 étoiles de même que la nourriture en journée. quasiment rien à manger... pour un 5 étoile peu largement mieux faire.

Zu viele Menschen am Buffet. Schlechter Kaffee. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gepflegte Anlage.

Very bad attitude from front desk. Food is not of good quality. No choices. Wifi is not free and is expensive. Hotel should only be 3 stars.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This hotel’s staff was a mess, Rania from the reception area tried to steal from us. We had booked a room with a pool view and she requested 30 eauros for the upgrade! Believe it or not you have to pay 15 euros to have access to the wifi. We paid in egyptian money and she didnt give us the change back. When we got to the room she only gave us one key because the replacement keys are 5 euros to replaced . The room was hot at nights !!! Stay away from this hotel ! Such a bad experience!!!!!! When you are in vacation you dont want to be worring about thiefs jn the hotel !!!

Toller Service, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gesamte Anlage sehr sauber, teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Aber gut gepflegt. Es gibt viele ruhige Pools, Bars und Terrassen. Am Rutschen und Animations-Pool wird es sehr laut - achtet auf ein Zimmer in den ruhigeren Bereichen des Hotels! ;) Anbindung an den privaten Strand vom Schwesterhotel mit Shuttle-Bus alle 10 Minuten mit all-incl. am Strand. Kleine Märkte, Kioske, Reiseveranstalter etc. sind direkt vor Ort. All inclusive Verpflegung ist mittelmäßig - aber hat insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Achtung! Die im Hotel verfügbare "Klinik" / Arzt verlangt sehr hohe Preise (bar, ohne Quittung) für Medizin. Akzeptiert werden Reiseversicherungen - bitte bei der Abrechnung aufpassen!! Negativ: Es wird sehr viel Plastik und Styropor Geschirr, Becher, Besteck, Gläser, Boxen etc. verwendet. Die Anlage wird sehr sauber gehalten - aber insgesamt viel zu viel Müll verursacht.

The hotel was amazing and the staff are excellent.

I've had three wonderful nights there. Everything was maintained in the best way. The food is great, the service and cleanliness are excellent. It's a great destination for a break.

Great resort for travellers with kids. Friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Somewhat older interior, furniture and buildings but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Huge buffet with a wide selection of dishes for all meals. Nice heated pool and very sage and secure surroundings all over the place.

Personal sehr freundlich, tolle megagroße Familienzimmer (2 Schlafzimmer), sehr guter Fitnessraum, Essen sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Am Ende des Stegs tolles Korallenriff zum Schnorcheln.

I can’t say enough about how clean the resort is and how professional and friendly the staff is! From the second I walked in, checking in, the restaurants, pools, spa area, beach, rooms even the lobby area are spotless. Every single staff member from management to house keeping is beyond nice, understanding and was tasked to make my stay extremely satisfying. I highly recommend the resort and can’t wait to go back and visit again.

The hotel is not quite modern but well maintained. Check in and checkout was a breeze. Just a couple of minutes. staff were friendly.

The hotel reception is nothing special, neither is the restaurant or food but for a short stay it was good enough. A number of staff were miserable and unhelpful and pool bar staff either hopeless or more interested in their phones. The resort is huge and we weren’t given a map so that was a bit useless as we had to work out where everything was in the dark! The room we got had a lovely terrace. The room itself was large and clean and comfortable. The pool area sun loungers were nearly all reserved with towels around 7:15am and, annoyingly, the areas all had sand. My son happily played in a quiet area pool and in the wave pool. The guy whose job it was to smooth the sand at the end of the day with a roller lacked care as he happily bashed into my lounger three time’s without an apology. Food quality was negligible although quite a selection. Soft drinks/juices were of a glow in the dark colour and unpalatable. We ordered pizzas at the beach bar as part of the all-inclusive package but these were tasteless. Would I return? Probably not
