Food and food service was poor and slow, for the rates this place charges I had higher expectations.

Hotel hackeado, personal muy amables y atentos, Mayra una de las empleadas bien servicial, lo que no me gustó que decía expedía desayuno incluido y cuando llegamos e hicimos el check in, nos dijeron que ellos no daban el desayuno así que no estaba incluido, eso no estuvo bien. Para la próxima no iré. No puedo recomendarlo!!

The hotel is really clean and rhe staff was great and friendly. I did not like that we upgraded to ocean view with a hot tub. The hot tub did not work . There is also no access to the beach . I feel like i overpaid for this hotel.

Hotel Farallones was fantastic. It was about a 4 minute car ride from El Tunco. The location is stunning and the service was great. It also felt very safe with 24 hour security at the gate. We rented a car, so it was nice to come and go when we pleased.

This was my third time visiting this hotel. The overall set up and maintenance of the property is good. The staff at the front has always been friendly. The staff working the bar/ restaurant could be better. I stayed two nights and the bartender the first night was amazing! He came by the pool, asked us if we wanted drinks. He would stop by often to see if needed additional drinks or other services. The second night was not that good, we spend over an hour by the second pool and not once did anyone come by asking us if wanted to order drinks or food. This could all be due to staffing levels, however attention details makes people want to comeback. There is no clear signs that I could see pointing us in the direction of where the gym was located.

Great customer service, beautiful view from the hotel, its on a cliff, you can see how the waves hit on the rocks...unfortunately there's no beach at this time to swim at front of the hotel due to the high waves the ocean have been form since February and also the salt water swimming pool is closed and this is the same with all the hotels the are located on the cliffs, but they have 3 nice swimming pools in the resort. I stayed in a room with jacuzzi but is with cold water...breakfast buffet is not included and cost $14.95 per person, which I didn't included.

Beautiful, the pools are so clean and the rooms are clean to, I enjoy my staying 100% recommended

She provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during my spa treatment. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor created the perfect environment for relaxation. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. • Mary (Reception): Mary greeted me with a warm and friendly smile as soon as I walked in. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Her kindness set a positive tone for my entire visit. • Janet (Housekeeping): Janet’s dedication to cleanliness was evident everywhere I looked. My room was immaculate, and she made sure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. • Yury (Reception): Yury went above and beyond in assisting me with my requests. He was incredibly courteous and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my stay. His friendly attitude made me feel like a valued guest. • Edwin (Bar): Edwin was fantastic at the bar! He crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve had, and his recommendations were spot on. His friendly conversation and great service made my time at the bar even more enjoyable.
