Hotel & room was very clean and spacious.
Staff were very welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. We had breakfast in the hotel and the food was fresh - hot & plentiful.
Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel clean, convenient location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Could take a leaf out of Premier Inn as there the beds are Hypnos and larger. Beds were small and not comfortable. Extra pillows were not available in the rooms. Although there was ironing board, iron and hairdryer.

This hotel is a great budget option—much better than places like Ibis or Premier Inn. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning not working, but an engineer arrived promptly, explained that the room’s thermostat needed replacing, and arranged a room change within 30 minutes. He was very polite and went above and beyond to help.
On the morning of checkout, we felt like taking it easy and decided to request a late checkout. When we called reception, we were told we had to come down in person to pay for it. This was quite inconvenient and led us to just check out at the regular time instead.
We also noticed silverfish in the bathroom, and the sink wasn't draining properly. When we mentioned this at checkout, the reception staff didn’t seem particularly concerned, which was disappointing. It’s not reassuring to see pests in a hotel bathroom.
Despite these issues, the check-in staff and maintenance team were excellent, and overall, we had a good stay. Still, we left wondering—why not allow late checkout payment over the phone or at checkout time? A little more flexibility and communication would go a long way.

Good clean, modern hotel in Salford Quays within walking of The Lowry Theatre. Tram stop close by, 10 minutes to Manchester. 2 night stay. First morning breakfast I informed Donna about my nut allergy and received excellent personal service. The second morning there were different staff and I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my breakfast and the bowl of fruit and cooked breakfast turned up at the same time. Overall though the service from all staff was very good
