Hotel was in a great location for access to transportation and local attractions. Check-in and check-out were easy with friendly staff. Room was clean and well appointed. Only con was that room was pretty tiny. I expected that from what I had read online and it was not really an issue for my one night stay.

The location and price are excellent, and I found the check-in process clear, welcoming, and helpful. The room was small but clean and well-organized. It was on the top floor, so I was worried it would be too warm, but the fan provided did a good job of cooling things off each evening. Recommend!

The Alambra is extremely handy for Kings Cross/St Pancreas. Although a busy area we found the hotel quiet clean and friendly. Rooms are small and clean and suited our needs. As it was extremely hot they provided fans in the room to help cool us. We were in the annex but would be happy to come again. There were alot of stairs so might be difficult for people with mobility problems so request a lower floor room.

Great welcome. Room was small but we chose it solely for its proximity to St Pancras.
Very hot, but the biggest issue was the small double bed which made for an uncomfortable night. Shame.
Bathroom fine, and beautifully clean. Nice outdoor area.

Great location - 5 mins walk from Kings Cross ( honestly !! ) - friendly staff, luggage room available, ( we arrived 1hr before we could get into our room, we were allowed to leave luggage in our room , meaning we didn't have to wait around ) room for 3 x adults plenty spacious enough , 2 x large fans in room already - much welcomed as 33° , everything we could ask for for a 2 night city break - we had a great weekend. ☆☆☆☆☆

Used this hotel as a place to crash whilst attending BST Hyde Park. Hotel is in a great location and is only around a 2 minute walk from King’s Cross. Rooms were small but just what we needed and decently clean with decent facilities (safe, fan etc.) Staff were really friendly and checking in and out was seamless, the lady on reception even made sure to put my friend and I in rooms nearer together. Overall, the hotel is perfect for a night or two away in London and for the value, you cannot argue with it at all.

Was awful, made my booking up to a month before staying, arrived late at night and was told there was an overbooking, waiting for 2hrs then. Room was eventually found for me after being told there was nothing available and I needed a refund and to leave to another hotel

Very close to St Pancras Station. Room was well planned. Might be a little small for a couple but great for solo use.
Only downside was train rumbling noise (more than i expected).

The hotel had no room for us inspite that we paid a month in advance, and informed them about late arrival. They confirmed with us that late arrival is not a problem. However we had to sit in the night at their reception till they find us a new hotel. Very disappointing and not professional.
