A very nice hotel in the middle of the city, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and places to see. Walkable to most tourist areas, including the Roman Bath and the Abbey. Staff were all nice, and the room was clean and equipped with toiletries and tea/coffee. Would definitely come again.

Excellent, would stay again. Friendly staff, nice room, great breakfast. Very convenient for walking into the city. Parking was about 5 min walk away.

The hotel was very modern and location great. Our room was a little dirty and whilst tidy there were signs of dirt missed during cleaning. Photos taken for evidence. Our mugs had a layer of dust and it was too late after I drank a whole glass of water to realize the murky mix of dust on the remaining 3 mugs. Breakfast was nice but the day we arrived there was a conference and we were left competing for a limited supply of full English items. But ordering from the menu was good although it was a wait.

Perfectly suited our needs - we had a couple of special requests which were met, which we were very grateful for. Staff very good and communications in advance were great. Good rooms, comfortable beds, good bathrooms. Great spot from which to explore the city.

Per se ein gutes Hotel in hervorragender Lage zur historischen Innenstadt. Sauber und offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Wir hatten es in erster Linie wegen des Pools/Spa-Bereichs gebucht. Dieser war allerdings enttäuschend. Der Pool ist sehr viel kleiner, als die Fotos suggerieren. Man. Muss vorab Slots für den Nesuch des Spa-Bereichs buchen. Bademäntel gibt es nur in Superior-Zimmern, was aber auf der Website nicht klar kommuniziert wird. Die Umkleiden im Spa-Bereich sind pfandpflichtig, was das Personal auch nicht kommuniziert. Der Spa-Bereich war meistens kalt und überlaufen und durch die beengten Verhältnisse sehr laut. Kein Personal in Sicht. Böden wurden gar nicht abgezogen. Sodass es immer nass und rutschig war. Kleine Sauna und kleines Dampfbad ok. Würde beim nächsten Mal lieber in ein anderes Hotel mit ansprechenderem Spa gehen. Das Frühstück war ordentlich und die Zimmer sauber. Leider wurden die Zimmer oft erst gegen 17 Uhr gereinigt und kleine Mängel, die am ersten Tag von uns angezeigt wurden, wurden gar nicht behoben.
