Appleby Inn Hotel

We went as a family group using 2 room, i famoly room and 1 accessable both were really lovely with comfortable beds spotlessly clean. The accesssa room was particularly good. Which was outside with disabled parking outside the door and tge bathroom was lovely not at all clinicle looking. The breakfast was of really good quality and cooked perfectly. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Nice spacious room, just could have done with bedside lamps. Friendly staff. Good cooked breakfast. Easy to find and park. Just a bit tired in terms of ddecor or look, but otherwise very good.

Only light and ventilation was a tiny window at the end of a corridor made by the en suite, the room had no decoration so with the lack of light resembled a cell. It was extremely clean however and breakfast was really good.

Could not believe the quality of this hotel for the price. Everything was top notch. Location, price, staff and food were excellent. Can not recommend highly enough.

I’ve read all the reviews about this hotel and restaurant and every one of them is positive. And we couldn’t agree more. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. And the food! Well it’s fantastic - beautifully presented and enormous portions. Would thoroughly recommend.

Honestly, never had a better hotel stay! The room was clean, had plenty of usb plugs, most comfortable beds ever, lovely breakfast and really convenient to visit Twycross zoo. I can’t believe how good it was for the price! There is a small play area for the kids and the food in the restaurant was good value for money. We stayed in the accessible family room with fridge and car parking space.

Family journey overnight stop. Rooms were well appointed, fresh and tidy. Restaurant on site very convenient. Excellent breakfast, good menu choices from cereal to full English. Have stayed many times and will stay again.

This is a great hotel with an outstanding restaurant. The rooms are big, warm and confortable. The staff are friendly.

We stopped here for one night. Not a bad place, and location was perfect for what we needed (visiting Statfold Country Park the next day - outstanding place.) Appleby Inn Hotel is a busy family pub, with a large restaurant, and some hotel rooms. When we arrived the pub/restaurant was very busy and quite noisy - this quietened down as the evening wore on, and overnight, was very quiet. Restaurant served a good range of food, which we enjoyed. Breakfast was very good; cooked to order and decent quality. We'd probably stop here again if nearby; it was convenient and comfortable, though a little characterless.

nice clean room. Bahtroom and room both spacious. Large showerspace. When above the restaurant kitchen, it can become very noisy even with the window closed, but not until late. Variety of food offerings. Tastes good too. Will definitely come back here.

Lovely stay. Clean and comfortable hotel with everything we needed. Restaurant was good for evening meal and great breakfast was included. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a room for 4, it was a good size, the beds were comfortable, the carpet was nice & it was clean. The bathroom was basic but perfectly fine & clean. Breakfast was reasonable too. The staff were all friendly & made us feel welcome.

We stayed here as a family prior to our visit to twycross zoo. It was perfect for us, double bed and two single beds. Plenty of space, clean. We had our own outside door to access the room from so could go in/ out from the car park without disturbing others. Breakfast was delicious.

Super good value and extremely comfortable beds. Food in the pub was great and also good value and we all enjoyed breakfast- even my picky kids. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

The room was large with plenty of wardrobe and draw space. The room including the bathroom was clean with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, we will definitely be back
