great staff, convenient location

Restaurante e hotel juntos!! Adorei!! O elevador é para quem tem necessidades especiais então é lento. E não estava abrindo a porta sozinho para sair mas os funcionários ajudaram e foram muito eficientes. Ficamos no último e quarto andar. Senão usar este elevador tem que subir escadas. A comida é excelente e os funcionários muito prestativos e educados com british manners!!

My wife and I had a lovely three night stay at The Blackbird and would definitely book again. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was great and had air con, and the breakfast was nice with decent choice. There was a bit of noise from the rooms upstairs as you could hear toilets being flushed and chairs being moved but that is the only criticism. Honestly, one of the best stays we’ve had in London, including some of the big hotels!

Güzel bir otel. Çok merkezi idi. Ulaşımı çok kolaydı. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Oda biraz küçüktü. Bavulumuzu açmakta zorlandık.

Blackbird är toppen! Litet hotell ovanpå en pub men lugnt och fint ändå. Ganska små rum. Välstädat. Superfin frukost. Trevlig personal. Kommer gärna tillbaks!

Lovely room, delicious brekkie

Very nice rooms above chain-owned pub on ground floor. Extremely convenient to the underground. Quiet on top floor. Friendly staff.

This is our second time staying at this property and we will come back whenever we are in London. Location is great as it is a block away from Earl's court tube station. We take the Piccadilly tube from Heathrow airport to Earl's court station. We love their English breakfast, Rooms are great from small to larger sizes. Towel warmer in the bathroom is convenient for small hand wash items. Staffs are very friendly. Overall we love staying here and will highly recommend!

The hotel was amazing, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pub has amazing food and drink. Would easily stay here again, would recommend it to anyone. Easy access to the tube and walking distance to many sights. Rooms were very clean, great experience for our first time in London.

What a lovely place to stay! Our first trip to London and the Blackbird helped make it most enjoyable. Staff was attentive and very welcoming, extremely nice to be around. The room was actually bigger than we anticipated and there was virtually no noise from the street.

It was so lovely, breakfast was delicious, had great meals and drinks at the pub, and wonderful staff! Would definitely come back! The staff also helped answer questions about getting around the city etc and made our excursions even easier for us!

Nice convenient location let down by poor service in the bar and restaurant area.
