It was very clean and relaxing there at the bridge hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent

The room was immaculate. All needs catered for, clean, beautiful decor and furniture and an extremely comfortable bed. The bar had a good range of quality beers and wines. While 3 of the 4 in my group had a range of lovely sandwiches and wraps, the filled baked potato with salad was a disappointment. Bland and barely had a salad at all. Just undressed leaves. Some plumbing issues in the communal toilets ie blocked toilets which refused to flush. Overall though, the stay was lovely and I’d be happy to stay again.

Rooms were basic but clean, However the pillows were lumpy could do with changing and lamps in rooms not working. Breakfast had a good variety, but the beans were watered down making them taste of nothing. All staff were very friendly.

Travel to Hotel was v easy straight off the A40.
Good travel links to wembley which we stayed for.
Front desk were fantastic in providing local knowledge.
Bed was v comfortable easy to get a good night's sleep.
Parking is onsite, easy and secure.
Cons
Weird smell in the room, but we weren't in it long enough for it to be a problem.
Weird stains on carpet.
Room was mostly clean but we found a toenail in the middle of the carpet.

Comfortable bed (I was in room 103), desk/dressing table and chair as well as another small round table and chairs (great option). Ensuite was functional but tired. Staff were pleasant. Car park was free with stay. I was very surprised that there was no road noise, as the traffic was very heavy and the hotel is right by a major roundabout junction.

The room itself was fairly clean. The carpet was absolutely filthy and full of stained marks. The toilet bathroom area was absolutely disgusting. The toilet was stained. The sink handbasin was not draining the water away we had to inform the reception downstairs.
