Nice room. Lower floor as requested. Nice toiletries and tea coffee & water supplied. Great location in the heart of everything.

Veldig bra beliggenhet og god service. Litt lite rom og selv om det var greit rent så var det slitt og luktet litt ufriskt.

Rummet var litet men hade det jag behövde. Lite dragigt men så brukar det ju vara i England. Trevlig personal som fanns på plats när jag checkade in och de skickade extra information till mig på Whatsapp kring faciliteter och utcheckning.

Clean room and friendly staff

We had a top floor room as requested. It was compact and clean. Staff were friendly. Close to Brighton centre Lanes and railway station. Didnt like the smell of food in room.

I was able to open the window to let in fresh coastal air, and this improved my sleep quality. The staff was available, friendly, and resourceful. The room was well-appointed, bed was comfortable.

A perfect place to stay right in the center of the lanes. Great attached cafe. Beautifully decorated with turkish lamps. Would definitely stay again.

Nice guesthouse in Brighton. They were very accommodating with check in and the facilities and room were pleasant. Great value for money. Would highly recommend!

Windows opened nice and wide. Great ceiling fan. Very clean. Comfy bed. Fabulous location.

Friendly staff with great communication. It was very hot that weekend so the in-built ceiling fan was much needed. Good location easy walkable distance to everything. The room was incredibly small though, the shower room especially - and so might not suit anyone with mobility issues or those needing space.

Great location. Very comfy bed. Reasonably priced. We had the room on the top floor so we didn’t really hear and of the noise from the street. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Very cute location, i would say the food scent is strong throughout and its not always ideal to be asleep and then woken up by strong food scent. Wasnt a huge issue for me, but just always ideal. Other than that I enjoyed

This was my first time in Brighton and I can’t believe it took me so long to visit this beautiful city. I went to support a friend for his first marathon. I stayed the weekend. This hotel is just beautiful and sits in the middle of the city. It is in perfect walking distance to everything. I was in need of nothing. Easily managed. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and polite. This hotel is only 5 or 6 rooms. It was very comfortable. The bed is nice and comfortable. Everything was so clean. I had water, coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. Water was replenished daily when asked. And the cafe below was just delightful. Delicious coffee and pastries and the desserts are worth taking extra for your journey home. Thank you Cappadocia Guest House for a lovely stay.

Very quirky, colourful and unique. Friendly staff, good food. Unfortunately not much choice of savoury Gluten Free options.

Close to restaurants and pubs. Only one option for parking which is expensive.

Friendly and amazing staff. I was able to check in early for a wedding I was attending. The location is great (very, VERY close to North Laine which is great for shopping and food/drinks). Room was clean, had air con and the bed was comfy!
