Lovely stay - especially enjoyed the executive lounge and Abdullah who was attending to people in the lounge was an absolute credit to the hotel - friendly, helpful and informative. Reception staff were also very welcoming and efficient. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Will 100% stay again

Reception staff very helpful when my vehicle was to tall to fit in the car park, they came up with a solution straight away without me having to find an alternative.

Avoid! We spent 2 nights at this hotel. The first room the air con unit was extremely loud making a clanking noise that we had to turn it off. The 2nd room we moved to was better however, at 12:30am on a Friday night we could hear people running and banging on doors. This continued to 4:30am where we moved to a suite on the 10th floor. Apparently the 2nd floor is classed as a floor for party goers… the security guard could not quieten down the noise so we moved rooms again. The suite was nice but the vents in the bathroom had a consistent smell of other people’s toilets. There are various parts of the hotel which are in need of repair. Despite the free breakfast for compensation which we avoided, we couldn’t wait to come home! Luckily the first night was given to us FOC. Never again.

Tough one this. Hotel had great bed and pillows. Clean enough though they only service your room every 3 days so dont look under the bed. Food was good with great choice at breakfast with excellent wait staff. Front desk not so good. Didnt wow but a strong 7/10

Nice hotel. Next to the shopping centre. Lots of bus stops nearby. The bus stop opposite piccalino goes to the train station and takes 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and large. Good value for money. Area a bit dodgy at night. Reception staff really helpful and would stay again.

Mooie grote kamer, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote tv met vele leuke tv zenders. Het was alleen jammer dat het geluid van de straat niet goed getemperd was. Door de drukke straat bij het hotel hoorde je met name in de avond en ‘s nachts het verkeer razen en de sirenes loeien. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd. Ruime keuze. In de parkeergarage naast het hotel kun je je auto parkeren voor 17 pond per dag.

Staff were really friendly, room was clean and spacious. Beds were great, with added pillows readily available in the room. A/C easy to use. Kids loved the biscuits available in the room, and me, the coffee. There were refill water stations dotted around the place too.
