DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole

Really enjoyed our overnight stay, hotel was beautifully maintained and staff extremely helpful. Only recommendation would be for a fridge in the room.

Lovely view of the sea (if you have a sea view room) Spacious and spotless, very high standard in all areas. Would definitely stay there again Lovely bathroom products and great small touches, like plenty of toilet paper….

Lovely hotel perfectly located and very helpful and friendly staff. Pool was great but changing rooms felt a little old/tired

Staff where great, our only problem was we had the English breakfast on our first day which unfortunately was warm to cold by the time we got to our table.our toast was warmer. 2nd day we had the other options and it was fine.

Very nice hotel but the rooms are quite small.

Not the cheapest, but staff were outstanding. Good quality rooms. Breakfast buffet had literally everything you could possibly want!

The sight of people smoking outside the entrance, is in my Opinion, a serious health issue for Guests

We had incident with one of the staff telling us to move from the breakfast table. He started shouting. Other then that we can cannot complain about the other staff. We had a refund for the breakfast.

The Metropole has been refurbished by Hilton and was far better than I expected. The rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable and the beds are great. Breakfast buffet was very good despite being very busy.

Biggest problem with this hotel is the swimming pool and spa. Dirty and busy.

I stayed here with my family in two sea view rooms with balcony, both of which were spacious, clean and some of the best rooms ever. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and all were polite and welcoming. The cleaning staff in particular did a fabulous job of servicing the rooms each day.

It was lovely and as advertised!

Beachfront property, convenient spa to use.

On arrival we were well received and my guest were Offred the delicious chocolate cookies & water which was most welcomed as the day was sunny & hot. The suite was beautiful and as shown on the website over looking the sea however the windows could do with a bit of a clean. Apart from that all staff were very helpful and ensured that we felt welcomed & valued as guest. lovely hotel and would return again

Busy hotel. Great location but a little confusing layout. Parking expensive but on site. Large comfortable room with excellent shower and aircon. Nice pool / spa if a little busy. Phone in room didn’t work. Great breakfast.
