Building manager showed up and escorted us to our apartment and explained everything. Through no fault of EPIC, Liverpool won an important football match that day resulting a lot of partying in the nearby clubs. Made me wish I was younger!

The dishwasher wasn't working, and didn't get sorted. No cleaning was done, you had to ask for basics like Toilet rolls, towels. The caretaker Jenna was extremely rude!! Unacceptable behaviour!!

The property has sewage problems and the smell was disgusting, the power kept tripping when trying to use toaster and sofa bed was completely broken. No WIFI or cable TV in the living. No signal either.
I had to contact management who took a day to respond to our request for a room change, then they moved us to a smaller room.
Location is excellent but also in a very lively street with sounds from the nightclub being heard in the apartment. Windows broken and wouldn't seal. Very disappointed for the price paid. Would only recommend for people not looking to spend any time in the apartment.

This apartment is in no way luxurious. It’s unsafe and unfit for purpose.
The walls are dirty, scraped, paint missing. It is under equipped, no oven gloves, tea towel and we were left two dirty washing up sponges that were not usable.
The windows have a film over them so there is no view. It’s very dark and oppressive. The blind was broken and the outer window was smashed.
The threshold from the living area to bedroom area had two screws sticking up, which cut my partner’s foot. The threshold was loose and unsafe.
The laminate flooring in the kitchen area has gaps in and I stubbed my toes.
The bathroom is a wet room and very slippery when wet. My partner slipped but, managed to stop herself from falling.
The communication is very poor. Emails not responded to, even though they had been read. It took three days to get through to a senior manager.

Although the property was clean. The property is not fit for purpose. Says sleeps 8 but just one 3 seater sofa. Says bathroom but plug did not fit so unable to use bath and it says fully fitted functional kitchen but the oven was unusable as had no shelves and only 2 glasses in property.
I tried to contact the property whilst on holiday and again for months after but they have refused to get in contact with me or resolve my complaint. Its seems they were happy to take my money and really have very little regard for customer service.

The flat was much nicer than expected. It was large with a nice sofa and TV. The shower was perfectly functional and bed was comfortable.
Issue was the flat was rather hot, no air con, and given the location you don't want to open the windows. Other guests were also not too considerate of the need for others to sleep. Finally the communication is other the top. They email you daily if feels like, which just isn't needed.

Booked a room for a one night stay. I was told check in details would be sent before 3pm but we arrived and there was no check in details. Contacted on WhatsApp with a message and phone call no answer. Rang the main number and the lady said she would send the check in details straight away this was past 4pm. Very uncomfortable sofa bed, was told it was a king bed but was a Double in the main room. Fire alarm went off at 7am in the morning.

Leider ist das Penthouse in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht, dass die Unterkunft nicht wirklich gewartet und gepflegt wird: schmutzige Fenster und Wände, lose Tapeten und kaputtes Mobiliar, Flecken an Wänden und an der Decke. In den beiden oberen Zimmern mit Badezimmer hatten wir keine Heizung und es war ziemlich kalt. Hinzu kommt, dass das Wifi im oberen Stock nicht funktionierte. Wir haben das Management auf diese Mängel aufmerksam gemacht und sie schickten jemanden um diese zu beheben. Leider schaffte diese Person es aber nicht, die genannten Mängel zu beseitigen.
Man hat wirklich viel Platz im Penthouse, 3 Zimmer mit Badezimmer und die zentrale Lage sind bei einer Gruppenreise ideal. Die Location ist jedoch leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wird weder renoviert noch gewartet.

Our room smelled terribly of cigarette. I asked the hotel receptionist (which by the way is reachable via WhatsApp and not physically present) if they could clean the room thoroughly. They sent a staff member with a can of Lysol. That was the solution.
After staying around 15-30 minutes in the room I couldn’t bare the cigarette and smoke dander. It was everywhere. I ended up in a coughing and allergy attack I had to leave. I asked for another room and they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund and they couldn’t “guarantee” one. I’m taking it up with Expedia or my credit card. I don’t recommend this place

No one was answering my calls. When I did find a member of staff they told me i was at the wrong building. I found my room but there was no key fob so couldn't get in.
The apartment was a good size but tired looking. It was cold and I was unable to change the temperature using the controls.

The location was perfect. The condition of the flat was ok. Lots of marks cracks etc. sofa bed in lounge wasn’t amazing.
Didn’t have enough towels - 8 of us staying and only four towels. Had to contact them to bring more.

I was unaware of a 50% holding deposit so had to pay before I arrived.
1hr after this was paid I then had an attempt to take the full amount for the 2 nights stay. I challenged the EPIC team, as when I booked the property via Hotels.com I stated pay at hotel.
I was told by the EPIC team, that they have no one at the sitw so the money has to be taken before arrival. Again, I was not very happy with this, bit I had to pay. The EPIC team advised that I should raise this with hotels.com directly so that hotels.com are able to remove or adjust the option of Pay at Property.
The apartment it self was very nice, clean, a good size, comfortable bed and apprecited the free tea, coffee and milk.location wise, excellent, but be aware if you stay at the weekend, it is rather noisey outside till around 2am due to the local bars and clubs on the street.
The door code to the apartments was changed yesterday, but I was not advised of this by the EPIC team. My friend, was standing outside for over 1hr in the cold as they had come back to the apartment to collect a coat and had to wait for someone to leave the property so they were able enter. EPIC team need tonupdate pwople if the code to the main door is changed via message/email on the day.
I would stay here again, especially now I understansd the process, as the apartmwnt was very nice and at very good price.

Apartment is billed as 4 star Apartment sleeping 5. Really badly equiped, 2 glasses, 2 cups, impossible to cook, not very clean.
Also no warning of just how noisy the apartments are. It should be pointed out on the description that it will be very noisy until 3am on Friday and Saturday

Apartment is billed as 4 star Apartment sleeping 5. Really badly equiped, 2 glasses, 2 cups, impossible to cook, not very clean.
Also no warning of just how noisy the apartments are. It should be pointed out on the description that it will be very noisy until 3am on Friday and Saturday

Building manager showed up and escorted us to our apartment and explained everything. Through no fault of EPIC, Liverpool won an important football match that day resulting a lot of partying in the nearby clubs. Made me wish I was younger!
