Excelente ubicación! Cuenta con elevador la habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas y sin aire acondicionado hacía calor! Pero bueno nada alarmante todo muy bien! Muy amables los de recepción nos pusieron una cama para mi hijo súper atentos!!!

Innsjekk var enkel og effektiv med et hyggelige personale i resepsjonen. Hotellet har definitivt hatt sin glansperiode og fremstod som veldig slitt og skittent. Rommet vi fikk hadde ikke noe som helst form for ventilasjon og det var dårlig med lys og frisk luft. Frokost valgte vi ordne oss hos andre. Som sagt, hyggelige personale, men rom og bo opplevelse var dårlig. Så om det

It was a nice place to stay-howeverI am handicapped and had to have my son help me up stairs. The hotel and staff are great. It really needs a little updating, but we know how expensive that is. Good job

Only issue I had was the toilet flusher wasn't working properly.I loved that I got an upgraded room.The room nice and cozy.You have to pay city tax to check in whether by cash or card.

You get what you pay for, the hotel is not updated but it’s good central location near the bus and trains. The ally can be noisy and we had troubles with people yelling around 7am in the hall. Our door also didn’t shut on its own, it wasn’t latched when we got there which was a huge concern and something we constantly had to triple check.

Convenient location for my stay, near Piccadilly station, in need of a major refurbishment, rooms and corridors dated, advising anyone who wants to stay in summer NOT to choose a room with no windows (very hot, but fans are provided), lovely staff.

See a lot of reviews on here saying they had a bad experience and the hotel outdated. All I can say is my room was unreal had a very modern touch I must’ve had a refurbished room or something. Even had speakers in the bathroom. Overall a great stay in a unreal location (5 min walk from station) defo will come back soon.

The biggest rip off ever! A £30 hotel for £200!! Worn, dirty, uncomfortable beds, no cold water on an extremely hot day! 30C. Air condition was disconnected. God a dirty towel, completely stained. Dirt kept the windows together. They had the impudence to charge to store the luggage! NEVER again!! The girl in the reception was also very snotty and non service minded. Really suited the place.
