Lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were spotless, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to help. When we messaged about an issue with the blind, they responded promptly and came to fix it right away. The train station was a 10 minute walk away and a 20 minute train journey into the centre of London.

Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent

The room & bathroom was spotless, the service was excellent. The place was quiet and comfortable.

Rooms small but practical and clean. All was comfortable. Watch out for room 7. The door entry is from the communal kitchen and is not sound proof. Biggest issue though for me was that the windows don’t seal properly and the smokers area is just outside so the stink of smoke and noise of the smokers was disappointing. If they fixed the windows to stop the smoke smell coming in and making it more soundproof for both the windows and door it would be perfect. From what I could see other rooms would have been fine. I’d stay again if I could ensure I was in a different room.

Booking was cancel by property owner due to room leak but hotel.com refuse to refund, even with multiple complaints and call.

The room was quiet and clean, which made it very comfortable. For a price under £60, it’s an excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and quality accommodation.

Pillows very lumpy and mattress not very comfy. That said, nice warm room, if bedding sorted it could be near perfect. Orange juice at breakfast would be nice.

It was an absolute nightmare and I realy got upset about the room size, cleanness and staff’s behaviour!! Bed sheet was smaller than the actual mattress even though it’s been said that the bed is king size but it was a worn out and shabby, flat pillows and filthy room throughout. It is really disappointing to see how those misleading and fake reviews on Hotels.com ruined my night!!!

Cozy and clean little property. The owner was very amenable and understanding of last minute changes and requests during my stay. Absolutely a great stat for anyone looking for a stay in Edgeware.

Stayed for a concert at Wembley

Clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating area and free on site parking. Nearest tube is a 10 min bus ride but Mill Hill Broadway is just 5 mins walk. Breakfast is do it yourself, cereals toast, fruit juice etc.

Not a bad place to stay if you're looking for somewhere as a base to go into the city. We were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium and it was fine. A bit noisy on the main road, though.

First, it was impossible to get into this property when I arrived during checkin hours. The doorbell wasn’t working but there was no sign about that. And no phone number on the listing. After I finally started banging on the door a cleaning person let me in. There was no front desk or obvious staff during the entire stay. My wife even called Expedia to try to reach someone and even THEY couldn’t find a phone number to call! Next, once I got in- no one was around to give information or answer questions. No fridge in the room, just a huge fridge in the kitchen area. I was never sure if food I put in there would be there the next day. Room was very warm, hard to sleep, with no temp control. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep also. Bathroom light was automatic when you opened the door, which was a problem during the night bec there was no off switch. First morning, there was no breakfast out at all. I rummaged! Next days, breakfast was carb heavy, no protein except some yogurt. No eggs and no one there to ask about it. And it was unclear where to sit and eat- no table, just a counter area. All in all, not a great stay, mostly because of the lack of communication and the lack of staff to address any requests.

Wasn’t find & lean. Helpful staff at check in who brought extra water & a fan (without being asked) to the room as it was very hot that day.

Lovely place to stay. Clean and fresh except the kettle, which had water left in it and bits floating. Also one mug was chipped, which is never nice. The pillows were a little flat but we discovered another in the closet but an extra one each would have been appreciated. The breakfast choice was brilliant. Cereal, pastries, bread for toasting, jam, orange juice, coffee. If the above minor discrepancies were put right i would have given 5 stars. Would definitely stay again.
