Lovely staff welcomed me, and the room was clean and a good size. Bed was extremely comfortable . The outside street noise was audible up until a point and then was lovely and quiet for the night. A thoroughly lovely experience, especially for a single traveler as situated in the heart of where you want to be!

The Henrietta is a lovely boutique hotel in a great area for walking, dining options, shopping, etc.
It would be perfect for a one or two night stay, however we found the room a little disfunctional for our five night stay as there is no place to put clothing (no drawers or cabinets) other than a small area to hang a few items. There is also no room for suitcases, so difficult to 'live out of the suitcase'. There is very little room in the bathroom on the vanity to put any items that you may be using at the time.
The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great, and we liked the decor.

Our room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and efficient. Just a few small niggles - a drain smell in the bedroom when the room had been closed up while we were out during the day, the cups and saucers in the room did not fit together, very small quantities of fruit and yoghurt available for breakfast, but these are really small points, Overall a lovely hotel and we would return.

Great property in the heart of Covent Garden. Stayed here with my wife for 6 nights and we enjoyed it. The room was clean, decorated nice, and had a large bathroom with plenty of space. We enjoyed being close to all sorts of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was within a 5 minute walk of the underground which made it convenient for travel around town and to and from Heathrow. Loved it and would stay here again.

Upgraded older buildings in unique Covent Gardens area. Not all rooms are accessible by elevator without having to negotiate some stairs. Good breakfast at attached Henri Restaurant. Some rooms are across street in annex. Rooms are not spacious. Street is closed every day from 11:00am to 11:00pm so then can only get about a one block walk to hotel by vehicle.

Amazing location as it is very walkable to most tourist attractions. Many options for food as there is a market closeby as well as restaurants and pubs. The area felt very safe and accessible to the public transportation system. Room itself is quite small but cozy. Definitely recommended if you are looking for convenience
