Bit misleading to call it an airport hotel, as it is not. There is no way to walk from the hotel to the airport or to the train station.

Staff definitely made the stay amazing! so friendly helpful and made the kids welcomes! definitely recommend and if ever in the area again i would come back

A brilliant stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were perfect for us. We stayed in a suite and were a family of four.

Overall a pleasant stay.
My only negative was that the air condition was not working. We were moved to another room because of this and the same issue; no AC.
We were given a fan which was at least a compromise

We had to book here last minute with the fire at Heathrow to fly out of Birmingham. They were very accommodating and so helpful. They had a ton of people book last second and even though they were very busy, they took the time to help us in a time of need. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

It was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely bar/lounge area downstairs, where you could sit and have a chat and a drink without having to sit in your room all night.

It was a nice, comfortable stay for a night with family. Close to the Birmingham airport and NEC (10 mins drive). The room size was good; however, the bathroom was very small, and the shower cubicle was old. Breakfast however at the hotel was very good with plenty of options and quality of food was good

Impossible de profiter de la piscine et du spa, remplie d’enfants, même le soir après 20h! Et le pire, des gens tout habillés dans l’eau! Une honte quant à d’autre on demande d’être en maillot de piscine!

Staff member who checked us in, did his best but understaffed. Advised no shuttle bus when we needed it (the whole point of booking this hotel as we had a concert and airport connections), took ages to be served overpriced coffee and snacks, bed was hard as nails, rust on bath and then when decided to go for a swim couldn’t because of swimming lessons! Not great! We have spent a fortune on Ubers and cabs.

I stayed for 1 night as I was close to my place of work but my room was at the back of the hotel, so all night I could hear some sort of noise like a large boiler was rumbling outside. Also the air con wall controller kept turning off as it was on some sort of timer. The staff didn’t know how to resolve this issue
