Holiday Inn BLACKPOOL by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

We chose to pay a pretty significant premium for this hotel in the hope it would avoid some of the worst 'risks' of staying in Blackpool on a bank holiday weekend. The hotel's location, the room's layout and the quality and range of food at breakfast was very good, but the cleanliness level in the public area toilets was disgusting, and far below acceptable.

Just one word for this hotel ,FANTASTIC

Great rooms, friendly staff.

Great Hotel BUT!! Poor service of room cleaning! That was not happening to our room only but to the others as well (we were a group of people). When you hang the sign to the room door asking for cleaning either cleaned very late like 5 or 6 pm or none!! When we asked to the front desk they said colleagues will look into it once the checkout rooms are set. We were back in our room from the city like 6 and still nothing set. So we just asked for the towels to be changes instead of any cleaning. That arrived only once we asked again. The rest was very good. Room is good and hotel is in good shape as it is new. Restaurant was good as well. Kids eat free at the restaurant when it is a family meal. Right next to the Blackpool North Train station which is very convenient. Breakfast was nice.

Staff friendly, clean rooms,enjoyable stay

Everything was just perfect x bed and pillows were extremely comfortable x very very clean - breakfast was amazing x hot tasty good quality and quantity of food x enjoyed our stay and will return.

Staff could have been friendlier. They seemed indifferent. The room shelves were dusty. Sofa bed was not made when we arrived, had to request. I loved the convince of the location, with ease to public transport and amenities. Overall experience was average....

Jordan, in the restaurant, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was feeling poorly and he couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you Jordan.

Outstanding experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The food was excellent including the breakfast.

Our family room was spotless, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. The bathroom was especially surprising - shower cubicle didn’t leak & the mirror didn’t steam up!! The only downside was that our room was too hot, no opening window and the air con was on a timer, that would shut off after a set period of time.

Excellent location. Good safe parking. Food very good and hotel very clean. Staff very pleasant
