Stay was really lovely hotel was nice and clean. Did have a little problem when ordering lunch we had waited 40 minutes to be told that it hadn’t even been started so we had to cancel the order as we had to get ready for a wedding. Big shoutout to Ash I think that’s his name he was super amazing very apologetic and sorted us right out

Nice and clean, well located for North Bristol. The Internet in the room was pretty poor (slow and frequent disconnections).

Beautiful hotel, I enjoyed the layout, spacious and bright. The room was very clean and breakfeast was everything I needed. Also, staff very polite, I highly recommend!

Air con not working, this was probably known in advance as there was a fan in room. Hairs in bath and on bathroom floor, bathroom dirty. Poor breakfast selection and reception tried charging me more on check out for the room saying they had made an error but I paid in advanced through Expedia. Pool area very cramped, overcrowded and basic

I didn’t like being charged for parking.

I thought property done a great job upgrading and improving in the inside.Rooms were really nice and you got a safe and a fridge which was a nice touch.Also fitness/spa centre which came free with your stay was lovely as we used the swimming pool few times.

We rested well, king size bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delish, and staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend

Excellent, clean, great room, good breakfast, fab swimming pool. All in all excellent.

Friendly staff

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Good facilities in the room, to include iron and hairdryer. Tea and coffee tray. Having use of the indoor swimming pool made the stay more enjoyable.

Rooms were fine. Had to change rooms due to AC not working. Breakfast was not good quality considering the price.

Had a lovely stay in the holiday inn Bristol Filton. The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was really nicely done. Very smart. Reception were really friendly and the staff in the restaurant in the evening were very friendly. The meal was also very good and freshly cooked. The internet was excellent and fast. The bed was really comfy and as two large single beds together, so extremely large. The bathroom was very clean as was the room. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

TBF : Room is clean and bed is big n nice. Powerful shower. Problems 1.Transport not convenient. 2.Reception a bit reluctant to help, never experienced in other countries and Holiday Inn groups we call this unprofessional, except one nice young man at reception inside swimming pool .Feel free styles maybe. 3.Starbucks services is obviously not as expected if it belongs to as part of the hotel standard. But if its not under the management of Holiday Inn, then its just a Starbucks s problem. (TBF .) THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED. We got a cup of ice coffee and found that its too sweet, first we ask to add some water into the coffee, but it ruined the taste of it and we feel that why we have to suffer that ? And the staff didn't do anything to correct the problems and not asking whats went wrong and just ignored and like none of their business. This standard of service is not expected even in a small town store and this happened in Holiday Inn which make it even more worst. First time experience in UK , not even in the busy London city , Oxford , Other part of the Bristol or Brighton etc.. including hotels and Starbucks. And Never compare to Japan.

We absolutely loved our second stay here , it was even better than we remembered. Friendly staff , lovely gardens surrounding with ponds & a pool with sauna & swimming included in your stay price .

Oppholdet mitt var godt når man tenker på selve rommet standard. Det som ikke var bra var at airconditionen på rommet fungerte så nettene var lange og klamme. De hadde flere rom hvor de skulle fikse AC og ventet på deler. Dette visste de på forhånd før de sjekket meg inn på et av disse rommene. Det stod en vifte på rommet, men uten mye hell. Ved hotellet var det en fin psrk utenfor som det var vanskelig å få tilgang direkte fra hotellets.
