From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing , we checked in early as going to a festival. Amazing staff , good quality room as they always are. Came back in evening had a drink in the bar, friendly staff and great service, breakfast the next morning was really nice , all fresher cooked and great selection

En un edificio singular, perfectamente ubicado para recorrer la ciudad a pie y para salir y entrar en coche. La habitación... sorprendente. Enorme. Cama cómoda.
Ponemos dos "peros" en el baño (inmenso): Poco estante para dejar cosas. La ducha muy baja (como mucho para persona de 1,70). Un poco más de luz, en general, vendría bien.
El restaurante muy bien. El desayuno (sirven en mesa) muy bueno. La atención muy buena también.

The bathroom needs more thinking: couldn't get to the shampoo/conditioner whilst having bath (had to get out of the bath tub naked and walk around to get some shampoo and repeat!). The bathroom floor got easily flooded due to the water overflow from the bath tub or shower splash - a major risk for slipping. The bathroom doors had too much glass - another major risk of injuries when going to toilet half-asleep. Final point: my original room didn't have a desk - a major issue for business travellers!

Lovely stay. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. We were treated like VIPs - even our dog got his own bowls, bed and goodie bag.
The hotel is in a beautiful old building but with great modern comforts (air-con especially welcome during the recent heatwave). The Classic room we stayed in was huge as was the bathroom. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

Very comfortable king-size bed, pillows, and linens. Roll top bath and shower in a huge bathroom. Great toiletries and other amenities such as bottles of spring water. The food was very good, especially the breakfast. Everything was perfect and everyone was friendly. Even my nine year old was raving about it!
