Location (5 min walk to Paddington station which means fast train to Heathrow and easy access to Tube) was great. Very small room but good, hot, modern shower. Great breakfast served in cute downstairs cafe. Walkable to Kensington Gardens. No bar at premises but at least 4 pubs just outside the door. Good dining options very close.

隣にコンビニもあり、駅にも近く交通の便は抜群です。徒歩でボンドストリートまで25分くらいなので散歩がてら歩くのも良いです。
ホテルは水周りも良く、ベッドも大きく快適に過ごせました。
次回も宿泊したいです。

I was affected by Heathrow Airport closure due to fire . They don’t want to refund my first 3 nights booking while we’re delayed from the original date. instead they asked for more payment. Poor customer service and greedy management. Definitely I won’t recommend this Hotel Indigo London Hyde Park Paddington

Very convenient, 2 minutes from Paddington Station. Staff were lovely, very accommodating. Room was fine, only complaint would be that my bed (a single in a twin room) wasn’t very comfortable.

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was well sorted and plenty. Rooms are small but well appointed and clean. Within walking distance to paddington station and tube with plenty of food options and shops in the immediate area. We dinned at hotel restaurant one evening and all parties were pleased with pasta options ordered and service.

We arrived and were given a room in the basement. It definitely felt like a basement too. It was dark. The bed was hard as a rock. The floor was uneven in spots, esp by the bathroom. We stubbed our toes several times on that. There was also a nail sticking up from the floor in the bathroom that we stepped on. We coveredd it with a towel for the remainer of the trip. We asked about getting a different room but there were none. They did give us a free breakfast. Would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, but menu could have a wider range, too much pizza and pasta, very little choice otherwise, even so the beef burger was good. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very very bad experience. The room was a shoebox as is usual in London. But the heat was not put on in the bathroom. And fine, not the end of the world, but it was close to freezing point. Then there was no hot water. I pointed it out to the reception who told me to get in contact with me, and give me some kind of compensation. Well, not even that. I had to clearly ask for it, and then I was promised to hear from someone of the managers asap. Nothing at all I heard from them. I even sent a message to remind. Terrible treatment and crappy hotel really!!!

Room was supposed to have a balcony, but the balcony was unusable and unsafe. Room was noisy, had a terrible sleep. Staff messed up my taxi request causing me to be late. Hotel was worn and unpleasant.
