It was good, small rooms but don’t mind I’m not on a trip to spend time one the hotel room except sleeping. Perfect for a fast visit. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast could have some more options but it was fine.

Big signs in car park "pay before hotel check in" but at check in you get a 30% discount which can't be retrospectively applied. Room allocated had a bad sewer Odour which caused us to request a different room. New room was ok. TV was awful. Unresponsive and proprietary menu clunky. Just let travellers use own apps or screen share. Otherwise - great location. Comfortable room. Competitive price. Good staff. Would use again for gigs at O2.

Had to change first room on first floor that I was given because it smelt like sewage.
Second room on forth floor did not. North facing windows overlook busy interjunction and even with window closed it was so noisy through the night.
Overall condition of the room was a little shabby.
Bed was terrible! Double bed booked - two singles with lumpy double topper cover. Could feel the seam between the two beds if sleeping in the middle, but the two side of the bed sloped toward the middle too.
Worst two nights sleep I have had in a very long time. Will definitely not be returning to this, or any other, Ibis Hotel.
