Fabulous hotel with helpful staff. Only issue I have is I’m still yet to receive my deposit back despite messaging a few times.

The hotel was amazing probably the best one I stayed in when visiting London. The staff were friendly. The view from the room was amazing too. We had an early check which we were grateful for as we had just come back from New York. Thank you for having us.

It was purchased as part of a gift for my adult sons to attend a concert at the O2. I wanted accommodation close by as they would be leaving the venue late at night, so by booking early (as soon as concert tickets were purchased) I got a great deal. They were very impressed and would definitely return.

Very obliging would have been nice to been able to use facilities ie swimming pool while waiting fo our room to become available before 3 oclock.

Excellent room, facilities and service. Staff were brilliant. Everything as expected from this hotel. The only slight downside was the air conditioner in the room was not as effective probably due to the heat wave. Otherwise all was very good.

Bit of a muddle with the booking - Expedia confirmation, but hotel had no record of it. Staff dealt with it well though and we had a good stay. Brilliant place to stay for O2 events. Rooms very comfortable and an excellent breakfast.
