Lovely stay for a weekend in Brighton. Convenient parking and spacious room with good breakfast options.

Always pleased with a stay here. Staff are wonderful and we feel more that relaxed in our surroundings. Dropped a couple stars this time unfortunately, this on comfort and cleanliness. A few bits needed a little bit of TLC / repair this time and not as spotless as it usually is. I’m sure that’s will have been corrected next time we visit.

The location was perfect. As we went by train the station was approx a 5 minute walk away. It had dining facilities which we dined on the last night. Food was good. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the promenade going, a bit longer going back. ( it's uphill) But bus service very good.

I recently stayed at the hotel and while the staff were friendly and polite, the overall service was quite disappointing. Basic amenities like slippers and a dental kit were missing from the room, and even when we requested cutlery, we were told to come down to the bar to collect it ourselves. Almost everything we needed required us to go down personally, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the room condition wasn't great—there was a noticeable stain on the carpet right next to the bed, which gave a poor impression of cleanliness and maintenance.

Stayed here before the Brighton marathon. Staff were lovely and full of helpful advice. Added bonus that you could leave your luggage there so I didn’t have to carry it round while spectating.

It is always clean and good value but they had switched off the heating in the foyer and restaurant and it was verg cold dining there in the evening. This also meant my room heating was fighting against the cold and I went to bed early in my last night to gwt warm and did not eat at all
