Great place to stay.

Bed in room 2 floor 1 was not comfortable. Spoke the maintenance team and highlighted that bed room 2 matrass needs replacing

Great stay, clean and good rate per night

Fairly clean but a little noisy due to some individuals not respecting sleep times

Staff very helpful and put me up last minute again all clean an safe to stay in very quiet

Liverpool stay I do not recommend this place, here’ s my story. After looking for this place you finally find it it’ s on the back side of a street like a ally way, There's garbage in front of the building and the windows are really dirty from the outside. You need a code to get in the front door and your room wish they send you during the day, (you need internet connection) There is nobody to great you or to give you a bit of guidance. They ask you for 100 pound deposit In which I received less than haft of without any explanation whatsoever. You get to see nobody, talk to nobody That’ s not my cup of tea. This place was badly advertise they don’ t tell nothing of what I just mentioned.

Liverpool was buzzing. So much going on. The Christmas Market over the road from the train station was so good. The hotel was so local to the venue i was going to. I hope to go back

Great little spot we booked last minute (literally on the day). Easy communication with the staff through WhatsApp and very Claire processes. Quiet area outside of town but not so far out that you have to get a taxi, you can walk. Comfy bed, small room wardrobe desk TV which is a nice touch communal bathroom but clean loads of toilet rolls soap provided. Great little place if you just need somewhere to spend your night.

The walls were so thin that they doubled any noise during the night... Not to mention the other neighbors were so inconsiderate at nigh 4 am!

The only reason I stayed there because it was not as expensive as the other places. I will never stay there again!

I won't ever recommend anyone to book this property I was asked to pay a 100GBP deposit after booking online. this refundable deposit condition wasn't stated online and i wasn't pleased with this

Perfect only problem if you dont like stairs asmy room was on 3rd floor but not a problem for me

I really liked Liverpool and the hotel had a nice shared kitchen. It was too difficult to enter the hotel though as there was no reception desk. The entry instructions were buried in the small print and missed off the details of our room number. I had to pay a £100 deposit or risk losing my booking. Not sure if they've returned the deposit. Next time I'd just book a slightly more expensive hotel with a reception and also one that doesn't require a deposit.

Clean and functional.

A short walk to the center. Main inconveniences are the code system to enter the floor and room, which are quite embarrassing, and the sad alley where the property is located. Room was OK, small but clean

Great stay. The backstreet road has wheelie bins for the businesses on ground level down it which should be kept cleaner by all the rubbish being placed in those bins. We saw pigeons feasting within the food waste from bags left on floor our of the bins. The rooms themselves were lovely.
