Magna House

The property was average. However, the communication with the hotel staff was not so great. I had a few issues accessing the building when I first got there. When I called for help, it was only through email.

Great location and wonderful lodgings. Very clean and well spaced unit providing all necessary details.

The property was clean and pleasant but there were no instructions left for the use of any of the appliances or heating.

It was very hot inside and the fans provided not sufficient at all, not enough kitchen wear's, bad iron and iron table, small tv and the owner not flexible. Small sofa.

Had everything we needed. Loved it.

Was supposed to stay 4 nights, but left after first night, whole place smelt really bad, had 3 airfreshners in there so i assume its a known problem. Dispite have 2 fans, was 27° at 7am!!! Beds really uncomfortable. After a few attempts, vendor agreed to let us have a refund for remaining nights so we could move

Stayed at the Magna House, we had a family of 6, & the 3 exceptionally spacious bedrooms, each with their own TV was fantastic. We arrived on a hot weekend, the room had a skylight, which on a normal british weekend brings great natural light into the room, on this weekend it turned it into an oven. The property had thought ahead & placed 3 large fans, however there was no getting away.. i would reccomend a blind to block the skylight, where possible. There was loads of space around the apartment & made an ideal base one of the ladies in the party mentioned sanity bins in the toilets. The sofa had seen better days & the cleaners had moped the floor, but i suspect they havent changed the water often enough when mopping.. Overall a nice property near a small town with good facilities & near the big attractions & i would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay and would return, if in the area again. Great location for Egham centre, which is only a 5 minute walk away. The reason for our stay was to visit the Englefield Green area, which was only a 5 minute drive away. Initially, finding Magna Court wasn't easy - set Sat Nav to Johnson Court, rather than Queens Rd. Very powerful shower, only fans provided as no air con in the apartment - the apartment was quite muggy due to the weather. Ironing board, but no iron. Overall very good..

The owner is difficult to be contacted. They didn't reply me email until I make a phone call.

Great location close to the train station. The only downside was it was too hot. Only 1 fan available in the apartment but everything else was fabulous

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Ascot. Pros: kitchen had what we needed, towels provided, close to the high street Cons: very hot, thin floors (could hear upstairs), freeze iced over and needs defrosting. Had to chase check in details

Nice clean place, perfect for a visit to Egham. Very responsive even given my lack of preparation.

The parking was full and when we contacted them about the parking no one got back to us. The place was not very clean. Overall it was a okay stay.

Apartment was a great base for a few nights a few issues with cleanliness, disgusting shower head and extractor fan, open and half eaten food left in cupboards. It was also 23 - 24 degrees in the apartment at all times with one fan to cool 3 rooms.

Safe modern ideal base if commuting to work

This is described as a luxury apartment but it certainly was not. In desperate need of decoration & repair, the TV remote control was not compatible with the TV, extremely limited utensils & very uncomfortable mattress. In addition the description is incorrect - no terrace (pavers in a carpark do not make a terrace), garden or picnic area for the apartment, no additional coffee making machine (yes there was a kettle & 2 satchets of instant coffee but the kettle is already itemised on the description).

Shower would stay constantly hot, despite changing the temperature all the way down. WiFi was constantly disconnecting and could not park on site the first night due to full spaces. Tried to call the 24/7 line but got a voicemail with now response.

Show head is manky and needs cleaning or replacing. WiFi password supplied didn’t work. Other than that, fine for the money.
