Marvel Apartments

Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut).

Very centrally located.

Great location, excellent communication before and during the stay. The road noise from the apartment was a disturbance from very early in the morning. The bed was soft.

I took my three children to visit some family and the apartment was perfect for my needs. There was plenty of bedding and the kitchen was very welcome. We used the oven with no problem and really handy to have a kettle and fridge. The apt is located on the 2nd floor so if stairs are a mobility issue then maybe not the best option but was great for us. The location was great too. The train station was a 15 minute walk and town was a short stroll. We were lucky to get a parking space on Grove Street (the spaces which are a 90 degree angle to the pavement are free) and there is a Costcutter shop directly below. Ben was easy to communicate with so I would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent in every respect. We were unable to take full advantage of all the facilities but would definitely book these apartments again if we returned to the area.

Great little apartment very close to the centre of Leamington. Small but well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom and shower. Only bit that might be improved would to have more pillows and toiletries available.

Overall, I really cannot fault our stay. We booked for two weeks as we had to endure quarantine upon arrival in the UK. The apartment isn’t really geared up for a long stay whereby you take all your meals there, but we coped. The stairs to Apartment 7 are tricky if you have cases. Sam was extremely helpful and there was never any delay in communication. We would go back there, when in the area.

Was home From London visiting friends and family And unable stay with parents due to covid! Place was clean and accurately described. Good location close to town and a nice pub. Easy access and excellent communication from the host. Will stay again.

Great hidden gem. Wasn’t sure what to expect but check in was really easy, car parking especially free tips were well appreciated and Sam was on hand to answer our questions. Having an apartment instead of a hotel really worked for us and we will be back.

I found the property superficially cleaned but overall could do with in depth cleaning, i.e. handles and chair were sticky. The rubbish bin had food debris. One pot cover was stored still dirty of sauce. Kitchen equipment was poor and the baking pan in terrible condition and only 2 of the 4 hobs were working. Bed very comfy

Very convenient access to center of city of Leamington Spa. Clean and enough space for one person mid term stay. You can have convenience grocery store downstairs of the flat. The rooms was located on the first floor. Although they do not have any front desk or lobby in the space, you can use high tech lock at the door, facing with the street. Then, you will pick up room key at the door assigned to you by the hotel. By the way, you should not forget to bring your soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as it is defined as the service apartment. You might cook by yourself in the nice kitchen. Bed room with small TV was separated from the living room having small TV and sofa. It was fair enough for one traveler, as I requested single room.

Beautifully presented apartment. Excellent communication, and prompt responses to questions. I would highly recommend if you're in the area.

I was in apartment 3. Industrial air con compressor units for the entire building, including for the shop below, are mounted on the balcony for this apartment and it's so noisy that it's not possible to sleep here. For this reason, I checked out shortly after checking in and didn't stay the night. I feel that it's deceptive and a waste of people's time that this information is not listed in the description of the room, or shown in the photos so that people can make an informed decision on whether to book. May be it's sufferable if it's used after trip out on the town on a Saturday night. The rest of the aspects of the accommodation seemed pleasant, but the overriding factor for me is always going to be a good night's sleep.

Spotlessly clean, TV in all bedrooms, good size for 4 people. A microwave and some more pots and pans would be useful when cooking for more than 2 people. Great value for money
