MOXY London Heathrow Airport

Nice hotel convenient to airport. Had their pizza for dinner and very good. Hotel is cashless, bed pillows are similar to what you get on an airplane. Not the best for a long stay.

Good place to stay. Staff could have been more friendly and informative, but awesome place to stay. Take bus 111 to Heathrow for 2 pounds instead of 14 pound direct bus. Same thing and only takes a few minutes. From Heathrow, you can take the tube downtown and then take the 111 back to the hotel. That’s the most cost efficient way to travel to and from the hotel. An uber from the last tube station was around 17 pounds as there is no direct route and there is no bus directly from the tube station. Take the tube to Heathrow, then go to the bus station at the airport. From there, take bus 111 for around 2 pounds.

Room was ideal for overnight prior to flying early in the morning. We literally used the room for a shower and a few hours sleep and didnt use any other facilities.

Clean and convenient for the airport

It was a very nice and modern hotel..Very close to the Heathrow airport, there is a bar with a good selection of drinks and beers to chill.. that was one of the best part. We were in room 2049 for 3 nights.. the TV in the main bedroom glitched a lot!!.. it was not fun to watch tv while you laying down, I did reported it to the front desk, he was very understanding but, nothing happened.. The bathrooms are spacious but, after you take a shower since the way the curtains are hung, water run pretty much out of the showering area. Then the bathroom air vent didn't work so the steam lingers longer after a shower.. I did bring it up these issues to the front desk, hopefully, the next family staying at this room it gets fix.. Lastly, the room doors automatically opens when you unlocked it.. thats a awesome feature, the only thing is that it stays open for a while and if you want to close it, you have to REALLY put some force to close not fun of that feature. Overall, i like the location, the easy check in/out and the friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and modern. The charging stations was a added bonus.

The hotel was lovely, the room was lovely modern and clean. We stayed one night. We had food in bar which was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces behind hotel. An excellent overnight stay before our flight

Hotel ok. Least favourite Moxy so far. Food hopelessly overpriced. Chips means half a pack of crisps, chicken burger less appetising than KFC and smaller. But nearly £20? Profiteering at its finest. The staff are lovely though and not their fault. Room could have been better maintained. The area to east side of hotel very scruffy and homeless drug addicts lurk around the shops.

Great staff at check in with a nice cocktail/mocktail offered. The rooms were really good sized and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel needs renovation. It could use new carpet and a quality restaurant. The location is low income that needs environmental hygiene. There is a river nearby full of litter with ducks swimming. Nasty view.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Hoppa Bus to Heathrow Airport stops outside and takes around 15 mins.

Great location for LHR. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Car park was very busy when we got there and struggled to find a big enough space for our car due to bad parking

Good place to get ready to fly out of LHR

They main gripes i have are firstly nowhere to store luggage so if you arrive early from a fligjht you cannot go and come back later you have to sit in lobby or traipse arond with your suitcases. The shuttle getting you to airport is so erratic i had to book Ubers in the end

Ok to spend a night. Was disappointed that the property had carpeted bedrooms… I got use to the MOXY having no carpets which is the reason why I choose it. It felt like an older hotel that just got a lighter update ….breakfast was well served buffet style, but because of how busy it was it felt rushed and a little picked . Carpets were really my main concern . If you have dogs, they are dog friendly and even have a food and treats station.

Cleanliness. Staff is very polite and helpful.
