A perfect nights stay. Graham was lovely amd welcoming. A perfect place for our one nights stsy in the area. Definitely recommend :-)

The accommodation was smart, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was of excellent quality, freshly cooked, hot and tailored to whatever were required. The sitting rooms had hot drinks available and provided a comfortable space to relax. I can’t praise the Old Manor House highly enough.

I couldn’t fault a thing from checkin, to the room, to breakfast. It was 5* accommodation and treatment.

Host was absolutely excellent, very friendly and helpful. Venue is beautiful and spacious and has that home feel. Would definitely recommend coming if you’re in the area!

Graham met us on arrival at the Old Manor House and helped us set up the EV charging for our car. A bit easier than feeding the horses when this was the Kings Arms Coaching Inn and an important stage coach stop. We were very pleased to discover that the old Inn has been expertly converted into a very comfortable B&B without spoiling its 400 year old charm and nature. Although it is close to the road, any traffic noise is kept to a minimum by the carefully constructed secondary windows on the inside of very thick walls. Both windows can be easily opened in various aspects to provide fresh air and there was very little traffic late at night during our stay. The bathroom fittings are all modern and spotlessly clean and there was a large walk in shower in the Purple Room where we stayed. We also slept very well on quality mattresses on both beds. For breakfast there was a large choice fruit, cereals, juices, yogurt, home backed bread and a magnificent selection of Graham's homemade jams and marmalades. The cooked breakfast was also excellent with a good choice of freshly prepared and locally sourced produce. Altogether an excellent place to stay with everything you might need already thought of and provided by Graham.

Such a relaxing overnight stay at the Old Manor House capped off by a delicious breakfast in the morning. Really friendly and relaxed service coupled with a clean and well appointed room made for a perfect stopover on our trip home from Cornwall.

Excellent facilities and service. A friendly, helpful host who gives great attention to detail. Superb breakfast, including delicious homemade bread and jams. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely bed and breakfast-we always stay here when we come to this area. Graham is a great host , nothing is too much trouble . The rooms are spotless and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is delicious and all allergies appear to well catered for.

The host and the food were fantastic, everything was spotlessly clean.

Would thoroughly recommend. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Added bonus was the coffee machine in the lounge for our use as well.

Excellent host and place to stay!

Lovely location. House was well looked after. Room was beautiful beds comfy. Breakfast was lovely. We really loved the little juices and milks in the jars and the breakfast cereals. Host very welcoming. Lots of info on whats around. Couldnt hear other guests. Will definitely return and recommend

An amazing place. Graham is fantastic. Accomodated the coeliac in the group with out issue. Peaceful garden to relax and what the world go by. Hopefully, we'll be back in 2027

We had a lovely welcome, great family room, yummy breakfast. Home made jam. It was perfect for what we needed. I would recommend.
