Love Point A often great value for money and the receptionist are usually pretty friendly and locations are conveniently located in London

We arrived early and they had secured storage for our bags (for what I thought was an acceptable small fee), check in was good and the staff were helpful. Only niggle for us was that our A/C unit “blew up” at 23.30 and set off the fire alarm sensor in our room…. Staff were good, moved us to another room straight away whilst they set about dismantling everything to try and shut it all down/off.

Room is small. If the room rate is the cheapest, it is acceptable but it’s not. Breakfast is comparatively ok but seats are limited, therefore always crowded. Location is convenient with restaurants serving different appetites.

This hotel was very clean and the personnel were professional and helpful. Nice people. Great location if you are taking a train from the St. Pancras International Train Station. Honestly, the best spot to stay making you feel safe and they serve breakfast. Smelled good.
There is a safe in the room easily accessible, but no small refrigerator which would have been nice. The fear of leaving medication behind is a thing. The beds were beyond firm, and if you like rock hard beds, then it is for you. The rooms could use some sort of echo reduction. Didn’t hear my neighbors though. Overall, good location and good deal for your money. I would stay again.
Bonus-the pub next door has delicious food. The tomato soup, club sandwich and the fish and chips were yummy.

Great location in a relatively newly refurbished building (was a bank). Really helpful and friendly reception staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Lifts immediately by the lobby are very small but there is a larger lift for those with a wheelchair. There is also a dedicated entrance for wheelchair users. Be aware however that if booking an accessible room that the bed we had was only accessible on one side as the bed is pretty much against the outer wall for the other person so if you both have a disability it’s likely to be impossible to use the bed. The bathroom is fully acccessible just be aware that the wet room does slope and it’s not that obvious. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but there is free tea and coffee available in the reception area.
