Lovely few days at Shoreside. Jo and Andy make every effort to make your visit comfortable and memorable. Great sea views, spacious comfy room. Lovely breakfast, with daily specials and delicious takeaway pastries.

Super short stay at Shoreside Inn. Everything was perfect. Our large un suite was spacious and a great big comfy bed. Each day the breakfast was freshly prepared by Jo. Different daily specials. Our room was serviced daily.

Simply AMAZING!!!

What can one say as it's been said so many times before ! This is a gem to surpass any B & B you've ever stayed in before. The decor is pristine. The rooms are more than clean and comfortable. The breakfast, well Joe you surpass yourself each morning. Andy, " Your toot, toot, toot " as you serve the food is a joy to behold and makes my day each morning. Can't wait to our return next June that's already booked in but hope to see you later in the year when you're up in our neck of the woods.

What can I add that’s not already been mentioned, Andy and Jo are a wonderful couple and fabulous hosts, Andy greeted me in the car park and Jo promptly took my bags to my room while Andy showed me the facilities and informed me of local attractions etc. They are very passionate about their business and this clearly shows with their enthusiasm and fantastic service.

We had the most amazing time at Shoreside Inn. Our hosts were Andy and Jo who were great and went out of the way to make our stay super comfortable. They let us check-in early as and also store our luggage for a few hours after check out. Andy shared a number of useful tips on things to do around the area. He has immense knowledge of the Island and his tips came in very handy. The hotel has a brilliant location right on the sea front. Our room was on the ground floor and had a patio with a beautiful view. The room had all amenities for us to have a very comfortable stay. Thank you Jo for feeding us the yummiest fresh breakfast and the most delicious pastries. You are a star. We would recommend this amazing place to anyone who is looking to stay in Shanklin. We will definitely come back here again.

We had a great time on the IoW. Lots to do and see and very welcoming locals.

To discover this little gem was the best find ever. On every site it has a 10/10 or 5/5 rating, hard to believe accommodation can be rated so perfectly..................so was shocked to arrive and realise it really is 10 out of 10 in every way, from the greeting from Andy and Jo, to the room, the location and the breakfast.........this place does not have one fault, its absolutely perfect.

As a seasoned traveller and working in culinary myself, this has to be one of the best experiences in Hotel/B&B's I've ever had. Andy & Jo treat you like family from the minute you park the car, Andy greets you and insists on carrying your bags, he has a wealth of local information to assist your visit to the isle of Wight, a very polite couple who could not do enough for us. The room was impeccably clean and tidy and very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed, As for breakfast, it is obvious Jo takes pride in her work, it was outstanding, very clean(no greasy plates here) and well presented, everything was cooked to perfection with care(especially fried & poached eggs). they even accommodated all our food allergies & intolerances. A must stay if visiting the island, we'll be back.

Jo and Andy made us feel so welcome, great communication. Andy gave us a map of the area and marked the map for us, according to our interests. The room was excellent, the jellybeans a nice touch. A great bathroom and super sleep in bed. For big tea drinkers like us, we actually had enough tea and milk! Amazing. Breakfast was made to order by Jo, with a pre option of fruit and end option of home made take away pastries. We would have stayed another night but were committed to a wedding. If we return to UK we will be back to Shoreside.

Fantastic stay . The hosts couldn’t do enough for us , very obliging , helpful , informative, friendly . Hotel is in a prime location with added convenience of parking . Breakfast was amazing , and the pastries to take away is such a nice touch / gesture . We will be returning back next year .

Very clean and tidy

The excellent stay in this B and B. Very clean and right in front of sea. Great hospitality by Jo and Andy. I would stay here in the future if I had ever been back to Isle of Wight!!

From the moment we arrived Andy was there making sure we had everything we needed not just for our accommodation but for our plans while staying on the Island, nothing was too much trouble. That’s enough about Andy, now Jo, based on the breakfast Jo provided, I’m sure we would have happily eaten an evening meal there, the quality of food was excellent and alway delivered to our table to whatever specification we requested, lovely people and great accommodation to use as a base to explore Isle of Wight.

We really couldn’t fault our stay here. Jo and Andy are super friendly and very welcoming. The room was lovely (we had the suite with the bath with a view!) Bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge! Breakfasts on both mornings was top notch. Everything cooked perfectly by Jo with fantastic service ftom Andy. We had the full English and eggs Benedict.The freshly cooked pastries are a nice touch too, packaged to take away for elevenses. Will definitely return if in the area again and highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the island.

From Andy’s hosting skills to Jo’s most amazing cooked breakfasts with specials and take away pastries to keep us going through the day, who could ask for more. Their extensive knowledge of the island gave us plenty to think of doing each day of our visit and we were sad to leave. With all of the things the island has to offer for a holiday, the main reason for us looking to go back is to be able to stay here again. 10 stars if I could give them. Thank you Jo and Andy.
