今回私の大事なクライアントのために予約しました。英語が話せない方々だったので心配していましたが、どのスタッフ丁寧に接してもらったようで大変感謝しています。スパの予約が前日では取れなかったようで、ちょっと残念でした。

Beautiful hotel, with elegant rooms, excellent service and in a wonderful location. It was decked out for Easter, which was a special extra touch. We had drinks in their hip, but comfortable bar, and dinner in the Wild Honey Bistro. Other than a small issue with the TV in our room, which was fixed, it was a perfect stay.

The Sofitel St James was nice but definitely not worth the price we paid. I did not feel that this was a true luxury hotel. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I believe that I did not get the room I paid for as I had a combined shower and tub but was supposed to have a separate one. The location was nice with everything close by.

My stay at Sofitel London St. James was excellent.
The staff were very attentive and swift in terms of my requests.
And there is a staff member named Jinny who was especially helpful. She showed my family the whole hotel and even made a reservation for the dinner at the restaurant. Plus, she gave us all information about the history of the building itself.

部屋は清潔で使いやすくスタッフの方も皆親切でとても心地よく滞在出来た。ピカデリーサーカスからも徒歩5分、オペラ座の怪人の劇場やナショナルギャラリーもすぐでバッキンガム宮殿やウェストミンスター寺院も徒歩で観光出来、とても便利なロケーションだった。

We came to the hotel to celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They put two pieces of cake in our bedroom and gave us a handwritten card saying congratulations. The area around the hotel is lovely, very walkable, and so easy to get to shows.
