For B&B it is excellent very cleàn over all perfect location, transport,and restaurant every thing easily nearby.

Why am I rating this apparant well-liked place so low? 1. Location - Right on one of the most trafficated streets in Solihull, the noise level from the street is significant. The noise from adjacent rooms as well as the hallways is also surprisingly high. 2. Room - The bathroom sets a new record in how narrow it was, just as an example: no room for a hanger for the toilet paper which is placed behind you. Ice cold bathroom floor. But the killer is the bed. It was way too firm for many (eg. my wife would have hated it), but I like firmness so that was not the issue. But there was a big hole from compression where my hip was, deeper than any I have ever experienced. 3. Service: I am not used to being offended by hotel managers, and I am not one to talk back. Instead I let the initial encounter linger on my mind and ruin my entire evening, which happened to be my birthday. But I ended up in a room with a single bed, even though I had paid for a room with a double bed. From my point of view, there are reasons this place comes relatively cheap. But there are better B&Bs, particularly if you are willing to stay two train stations away.

빌리지 안에 가정집을 개조해서 만들었어요 좋은 동네에 있어서 안전하다는 느낌이 있었어요 동네가 조용해서 잠을 푹 잘 수 있었어요 시설은 전체적으로 괜찮았고 매우 깨끗했지만 약간 방에서랑 화장실에서 냄새가 났어요 또 와이파이 비번이 적혀있지만 와이파이 연결하려고 할때 세팅 리스트에 아예 뜨지 않아 인터넷 이용이 불가능했어요 마지막으로 버밍엄 시티센터는 차를 타고 30분정도 가야해서 차가 없으면 불편할 거 같아요

Stayed in the family room in a cabin in the garden and the place was spotlessly clean, comfy bed and a very welcoming host. Would stay there again.

Hosting is good bed abd bed sheets are not comfortable i prefer hotel then this but overall not top bad

Fantastic venue. Felt first time home away from home in B & B. Theresa - the owner gave a personal touch in welcoming as well as home cooked breakfast in the morning. Very clean bed, shower room and the whole house. Only 2 min walk to the centre with lots of restaurants. Highly recommended. One small request - a bigger board as B & B outside the property to easily spot especially in the dark/night.

Friendly, Cosy and everything you need for a quick stay over. Staff were great and breakfast was lovely. Parking was tight for a big vehicle so worth checking with host if this is the case. 8min walk to centre of Solihull, nice room, friendly and good brekkie - not much not to like!

Went the extra mile - and great location 2 mins from the railway station!

Perfect location for night out in Solihull. No need for taxi home and the host said come back whatever time you like after your night out. Nothing was a problem. Would use again.
