Apartment was very basic floor wasn't clean not worth what you pay for there was no tv remote. Only way to contact anyone was be email which they replied very quickly and there was no tolet paper mattress was very stringy. Area was quite people were sponking weed in property.

Very eastern Eurpeen feel to flatt 1 witch ware i stayed for 3 nights. I did notice flat one needs work bit never complained anx for reson is because it convient and someware pit head down and it funtional witch all was bothered abt, i cooked allot and cleaned around at back of myself. Keept it tidy but left cottage pie in fridge in flatt 1. I leave that for anyone who want it in flatt 1, use by day 23rd aug 2025. Only thing was that could not lock bathroom door but ok for myself but bringing another person might walk in on me but again that somthing for inprovement as time goes on, did notice socket lose ware kettle pluged into and bathroom could doing with ducting from outside to stop mould in bathroom in flatt 1, space of over 500 sqft was enough move around flatt. Handy man might be required for room 1 on ajustments. Have cheak put by 10am, cheak out after 10am will cost 30.00 resons why i cheaked out abt 10mins before 10am on cctv at propertie. Provide tea and coffie and herbal tea at propertie in flatt 1, cups, all all funtions untility and for cooking. Good power mix tap in bathroom and kitchen, all say kitchen and bathroom what makes home. Tried heater in bathroom but just get to warm after a while, opened window ventilate flatt before departing. Maine thing was it was funtional & someware put head down and stay in fleetwood to visit famillie in thornton and poulton le fyle. Bed mattress was good, confortable & flat well designed and will stay in again end of Nov 2025

There was mold on shower room ceiling. I would not book to go back there. Undesirable location the smell of drugs was in the air at all times. I'm not allowed to post this truthful review for some reason. Maybe hotels .com should go to the apartment 3 Windsor terrace to see for themselves.

There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival.
It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked very old and well washed - didn’t look nice at all.
Weirdly the bathroom smelt of weed at times - not sure why. Maybe someone else close by was smoking it but it was a little odd as no windows were in the bathroom either.
Very little cooking equipment- luckily we ate out every day.
There was loud music playing very late on our first night from another apartment or neighbours. Obviously that’s not the owners fault but there were quite specific instructions for us to be quiet after 11pm so was disappointed that others in the street weren’t asked the same thing. I did email the owner and she replied asking me where it was coming from but then I never heard back again from her.
On the plus side the on street parking is free, the beach is a stones throw away and only a 5 minute walk to public transport which is exactly what we needed.
It was an ok stay just to get our heads down overnight.

Basic accommodation- we expected - price was low.
Property charged us 35.00 for enhanced clean. There seemed to have been NO cleaning.
Bathroom - shower and basin contained hair from previous users, shower was downright dirty. On the floor - broken glass and used contact lenses. We cleaned it but still got small splinter of glass in my foot.
Kitchen - hob was greasy and dirty - I could write in it. Couldn’t use grill or oven. The only metal shelf was thick with dried on grease and food and wet with thick layer of newer grease. No other trays or oven proof dishes.
Surfaces were grimy.
Dining table greasy and dusty.
All floors were dusty
None of the windows closed properly and blinds could be seen blowing.
Heating - good
Bed comfy but no pillow or mattress protectors.
Thin duvet, spare duvet for sofa bed grubby with no cover.
1 pillow each no spare pillow cases.
1 bath towel 1 hand towel for 2 adults
Fridge ok, kettle and microwave ok tho exterior of microwave greasy and dusty
Contacted apartment owners with photos - reservation non refundable and wouldn’t even repay cleaning fee.
Also contacted Hotels.com who appeared concerned and gave 25.00 voucher but they could get no response from owners.
We couldn’t afford another venue and we were in Fleetwood for family funeral

Very disappointed with this place, arrived to find room not very clean, bed unmade and sheets filthy, no towels provided, nowhere to hang our clothes, not even a hook to hang up our coats. There was so much fluff on the floor from under the bed so obviously had not been cleaned. No microwave as promised on the booking. The tv didn't work very well, no hot running water. The crockery that was there had been washed not very well and put into the cupboard wet. We only had 2 saucepans provided to cook with. Only two small round stools to sit on and 3 very small round tables quite rickety to eat anything from. The area these apartments are in is dreadful with drug dealing obviously going on. Suggest one of your staff visit here to see for yourselves.We were not the only people in this apartment block who were disappointed. Suggest you take them from your list as they will give you a bad reputation.

Didnt like anything 1st night couldn't gain entry to our room second night room wasnt set up asked for 2 double beds one on in the room causing myself to find another hotel for two nights costing mysely a single mum more money that i didnt have. If booking this hotel please triple check they have done as you ask as they do not communicate at all and once your there you wont get help from the staff if anyrbing goes wrong worst stay ever

Initially a bit put off by the outside of the property, but it soon became apparent that the building is in the process of renovation. Once inside our apartment it was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Free on street parking was a bonus.

Windows were cracked in both rooms, no aeriel for the tv and the wifi is poor so the tv buffers, no toilet roll, nowhere to hang clothes in the bedroom or towels in the bathroom. Bedding and towels werent clean, neither was the floor, the toilet had marks and weird gunk on the shower, the hob was dirty and there were no lightshades... if it had been clean and had the basics it would have been fine but we werent sad to leave.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very warm, which was great as it was very cold outside.
We was however disappointed that there was no microwave or toaster supplied, although it didnt say there was a microwave it would have made things easier, it did say there would be a toaster.
The one thing that disappointed us most, was the lack of anything to hang our clothes on - no wardrobe or even just a rail to use. We ended up having to use the door handle and a window latch which we didn't think was acceptable.
The T.V was also not great as there was no aerial fitted, so we couldnt use it that much.

The apartment was very clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished. It was a little sparse. A microwave would've been handy, I can't remember if there was a toaster or not.
The shower was electric and adequately hot and powerful.
The bed was comfortable.
There is plenty of free on street parking next to the apartment.
There was a small water heater in the kitchen under the sink, but it was very small and didn't provide enough hot water to do the washing up before going cold.
Unfortunately the weather was cold when I stayed and there was no central heating. The whole apartment is heated by only two small electric panel heaters that are fixed to the wall, one in the kitchen/lounge the other in the bedroom. Despite being on continuously they could not adequately heat the apartment and it felt very cold.
Despite being very clean and tidy, I can't give the apartment anymore than 2/5 due to the heating and lack of hot water from the taps.
