Staybridge Suites London Heathrow - Bath Road, an IHG Hotel

Couldn't beat the location. Directly across from a great pub and a cheese shop. Short walk to the cathedral. Our particular room was a bit small but we chose it for the price and they had a small sofa bed for our daughter. It was a little crowded for 3 of us but not bad. Would stay there again.

This is the third time that I have stayed at this property where they have NO RECORD of payment from hotels.com. Something is going wrong in communication between the property and hotels.com. Each time they have needed to contact managers, take additional pre-payment, significantly delayed check-in while trying to sort it out.

Great hotel, with beautifully decorated rooms. Fabulous customer service from the receptionist couldn’t fault it.

There was so much space in the room, which was ideal. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but it had plenty of equipment. Nice big bathroom and loads of room for our luggage as we were flying from Heathrow the next day. Staff were friendly. Only issue was we had booked for 2 adults and the 2nd bed wasn't made and we didn'thave the bedding in the room. It was brought up quickly when we called Reception.

Best Hotel in Heathrow by miles! The staff are brilliant, the room's are always perfect, I sleep so well here its a home away from home.

It is a quiet and safe place, all the staff are kind and helpful ! Definitely will come again.

Great staff, all-inclusive full breakfast options, basic supplied kitchenette, free laundry available. Short public transit bus service to get there vs expensive shuttle.

We had two rooms for a few days, then returned for a night at the end of our trip. Both times the staff were nothing short of amazing, so friendly, helpful, happy and willing to go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. Every single staff member was equally wonderful!

Staybridge Suites on Bath Road is the perfect starting point hotel for families visiting London. This location offers large family friendly rooms, with a stocked kitchenette and a decent breakfast. Everything a family needs after a long Atlantic flight. And don't worry about getting to the hotel. It costs no more than 25 GBP via a Taxi and any Ride App. P.S. Take the family to the Three Magpies Pub a short hop away for authentic British food and very reasonably priced children's menu.

Wonderful staff throughout, clean spacious rooms, not much more could be asked for, will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic staff, friendly and attentive. The hotel is a very clean and well presented property. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, good price for London but it a fair way from the city. However, bus stop is right outside which can get you to all the major Tube links.
