We got upgraded to a room on the ground floor based on our luggage and the difficulty getting it to higher floors. This was so kind and thoughtful and we really appreciated this after our full day of travel.
The staff were so accommodating and the room was perfect.

Sweet hotel! Right across from King’s Cross but noise wasn’t an issue like one would expect. Comfortable, temp in room was good even for a hot day! Staff was great. Beds were good too! Overall, top rate experience

Very easy walking distance from St Pancras which is what we wanted when arriving after 10pm. Nice room for what we needed

This was fine for our one-night stay to catch a train to Edinburgh from Kings Cross Station. The room: small, on an upper floor, which made it quieter (but the luggage schlep was not so fun). The bathroom: en-suite, but down some awkwardly placed steps. It was clean, the staff were kind and helpful. Nothing extra special but nothing bad either.

This hotel is an absolute find! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was great - very clean, comfortable bed and far bigger than I was expecting and the outdoor terrace was such a surprise for central London!
The location is perfect for travelling from Kings Cross or St Pancras as both are only a few minutes walk away. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next business trip as it had everything I needed.
Thanks to the staff for being so accommodating with a late check out (for a small fee).

L’option du lit est très originale et à découvrir!
Rapport qualité prix parfait pour cet hôtel à deux pas de la gare Saint-Pancras, à recommander dans aucune réserve.

Friendly and efficient check-in. We had a "small double" room which matched the description. We could get round both sides of the bed. The layout was compact but it had all that was required and comfortable. Close to St Pancras station which was good for us.

Zeer centraal gelegen , metro, trein en bus. Hotelkamers zijn klein en gehorig, maar wel netjes. We verblijven met een gezin met 2 tieners. Gelukkig allebei wel een eigen bed. Badkamer is wel aan vervanging. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Location is excellent from Kings Cross station, however the hotel itself is poor.
The toilet donwstairs was filthy, the carpets nit very clean either. The staff was not too friendly and did not give us instructions how to reach the room. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and had multiple stairs so make sure you ask where about you are located as we have been given very poor instructions.
The room was small and bathroom not very clean and smelly.
I think for what was given, it was an expensive accomodation and doesn't reflect the rating on Hotels.com

The receptionist at time of check-in and checkout (same) was not friendly. All the other ones were super. Room wasn't ready at time of check-in although they knew what time we would be arriving. In other hotels they offer free drinks while waiting... We had ants in our bathroom (family room on the ground floor) on the last night of our stay.

Ett fantastiskt hotel på alla sätt och vis. Centralt och lätt att ta sig till alla aktiviteter som vi planerat. Magisk och mättande frukost med många alternativ att välja från. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma med fint service-tänk som gjorde vår vistelse i London till något utöver det vanliga. Extra stort tack till Innocent, Emma och Basset för all hjälp, tips och fix som ni ordnade för oss!
