This hotel was really close to the train station but on a quiet road. We shared a toilet with the rest of the floor but had a sink and shower in our room. The room was small but comfortable.

The staff was super sweet! We had to check in super late after a flight, and they were incredibly accommodating. No AC in late June in London was a little rough, but they were lovely to set two fans in the room for us and have the window and door open for air flow before we got in. Solid experience overall.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However the property was completely different to expected. Booked based on a high Expedia rating above 8, but property was actually only 2 stars. Shoe box room, no fridge to store cousins diabetes supplies and no aircon. A fan in the room that barely blew air around on top speed and room was humid and scorching hot all night. Not recommended for summer months, maybe in the cooler months would be okay if you’re happy with a bed to sleep and that’s all.

Exactly as it is advertised, not better nor worse!
I thought the bathrooms would be filthy on account that they’re used by multiple guests. Not at all.
I booked this hotel only because it is right across the kings cross station. Was good!

For the price of the room (£180) you would expect an ensuite bathroom. The shared bathroom is 2 floors down. Too far. The room was directly on the street and you could hear every late night / early morning conversation. Next time i ll book a travelodge.

Great location! The staff was awesome! They were super helpful. The bathroom down the hall wasn’t a problem. 5 mins from Kings Cross Station. Would recommend and would stay here again.

A good basic room. Some rooms have a shared bath / toilet. No AC in the basic room we had but a fan was provided and window opened completely. Room was quiet and adequate for a single night stay to catch an early train the next morning.

To call this a hotel is beyond a joke - it is essentially a guest house with 2 toilets/bathrooms between 20 odd rooms, one of which it is barely possible to fit a medium sized human being into. Genuinely my worst "hotel" experience in 20+ years of travel.

We hadden een prima verblijf. Aardig personeel. Fijn dat er wastafel op de kamer was. De gedeelde badkamer was wel erg klein met 1 douche en 1 wc. We moesten 1 verdieping omhoog en het was meer een hok, dan een kamer. We hadden meer verwacht van deze badkamer.

Séjour de 5 jours à Londres entre amis. Je ne m'attendais pas à un confort de cette qualité (ayant vu des hébergements au même prix mais avec une qualité horrible). The Princess Hotel était vraiment un bon hébergement avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. J'y reviendrais. L'établissement et les chambres sont propres, les douches et toilettes aussi même si elles sont partagées. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Retrouver une chambre propre après une journée à explorer la ville était génial. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel.

Room was fine but I did not realise that a hotel would not have a lift. I seriously struggle with stairs and very much appreciated your staff member taking my suitcase up and down. Maybe you should make the fact that there are long steep stairs clear on your web site?

Let me just say, not so good. Staff is very helpful and kept things clean, but there is no climate control for warm weather (just a fan and an open window). I accidentally booked a shared bathroom and it was down two flights of stairs from our room. The shower would have been all the way in the basement, so we didn't bother. Sweated it out. First night the host gave us an ensuite bathroom, which was passable. Second night none were available, thus the bathroom nightmare. Kudos to the kind and helpful staff for trying, but this did not work for me. Sorry
