The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village

We have stayed everywhere from camping in the dessert to the savoy! I can only say that the Spa Hotel made us more comfortable than we have ever been, with amazing team members, such friendliness and spa cleaner than I’ve ever experienced.

Two nights of escaping from the world with fine dinning , 5star accommodation all centred around a class leading Spa ….factor in a blue skies and sun for drinks on the outdoor hot tubs …what’s not to like.

Everything was absolutely superb, but they take the mickey on a whole new obscene level with drinks prices, taking my own for the room next time. They also needed some form of entertainment in the bar as it was a bit boring after we’d ate. The back massage from Lisa was the single best back massage I’ve ever had!

We had an amazing spa break at Ribby hall. The room was beautiful. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Our meal was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the aqua journey and would highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back soon for some rest and relaxation.

Superb service, spa facilities, dining and overall atmosphere.

SPA was very good and we enjoyed it on day of arrival between 15:00 - 17:00 but it was only available between 9:00 - 10:00 on day of departure, which is understandable, so we didn't bother. Orangery restaurant was excellent for evening meal and breakfast. The whole meal was delicious and worthy of any fine dining establishment. Worth the trip for this alone.

Outstanding, our room was absolutely spotless and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

We stayed in the penthouse which was very basic no extra luxurys for this room. The rooms are tired and need modernising. There is no information in the rooms on room service and what they offer. Evening meal menu doesnt have a lot to offer either. Breakfast was lovely staff so friendly and spa amazing

Room was clean and nice. Spa facilities good but could be larger/more areas as some areas were always full. Steak in restaurant was very dry and overcooked, food overpriced for what it is & small portion sizes for the chicken. Coffee at breakfast had lots of sediment left in the cup 👎. Overall we enjoyed the stay but I don’t think we would return or recommend.

We stayed in the spa hotel, Friday till Sunday. From the moment we checked in, till the moment we checked out the service, attention to detail, politeness and professionalism has been amazing and honestly the best we’ve experienced from a hotel, having stayed at a few 5* hotels. We had paid for dinner allocations throughout our stay but as we had missed our first night due to checking in late, the receptionist made it no problem to swap it to lunch the next day, and also gave us other options to change it towards which is super helpful and appreciated. The cleanliness of our room was 11/10, everything had been cleaned, even the skirting boards, bathrooms in hotels usually have mould or black marks, this was white seals all round, it looked brand new to be honest! Reception called our room to see if our fridge needed topping up or room cleaned, usually it’s a leave your hanger on the door and it’ll be dealt with but this just felt like they couldn’t do enough for you. Every staff member we passed or interacted with was so polite, friendly and smiled, it’s so lovely to see. Food was amazing also in the orangery, spa was beautiful! And with plenty to do, probably in the thermal journey, there’s 10 things to do, rooms to go in! My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Ribby Hall Hotel and Spa, and it was exactly the relaxing break we needed. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the thermal spa journey, which was made even more enjoyable by the beautiful weather. It was a truly serene experience that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We also dined at the hotel, and the meal was absolutely delicious and was part of the reason for returning. This was our second visit to Ribby Hall; the first time, we had the pleasure of staying in the penthouse suite. This time, we booked a bit last minute and the only availability was a double room. Despite this, we were more than happy with the accommodation and would gladly book the same room again in the future. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Ribby Hall Hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

We did have a problem sleeping due to noise from the spa but Kirsty the manager was most apologetic and investigated the matter. She also made things right for us. We will return and will recommend
